Love the switches. The ordering and delivery were seamless. Really add an elevated touch.

We ordered Fei Chandelier for our brand new house build. Off course, the order took a while to arrive as we are in Australia. Upon receiving the order we realised it was shipped from China. The instructions and shipping docket were all in Mandarin, and we don't even know how to return the product as we clearly do not speak or read the language the documents are in. We asked Residence Supply for instructions to be given to us in English. We have not received them yet. The light is faulty as it is so tightly wound by the factory setting, that it cannot be unwound and "fluffed up" to appear as per the photo. We also paid over $1000 for a few bits of plastic, which the light is made off. We attempted to return/exchange the light, with no reply from the seller. Now we realise the chandelier can no longer be bought from Residence Supply and our efforts to return/exchange the faulty light, have been ignored. Do not buy. Terrible customer service and a piece of overpriced plastic that does not work!

Ordered a pendant light from them and got an amazing deal. They then canceled my order couple of days later, saying the item is out of stock when weeks later is still being sold and available. I believe they refunded me because I knocked the price of that light for around 50% with the discount code (Labourday). That same code didn't work after the refund unless I bought two items

It has been months and only partial delivery of product. Both items I requested have problems. First one remote missing. Second item only partial shipment. Nothing but excuses. Appears everything gets shipped from China on a slow boat. Strongly encourage to not purchase from this company

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Residence Supply. The products I ordered arrived late, and when they finally did, several items were missing from the shipment. I reached out to customer service, but it took days to get a response. When they did reply, they weren’t very helpful and didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Given the delays and poor service, I’m hesitant to order from them again

I waited 2 weeks to hear back regarding my order, after emailing twice. They informed me that they will ship sea freight, which will take an additional 45 days! Why didn't they tell me this from the start? I don't trust that this is a legitimate company. It's interesting to see that they want more information when I write a bad review, but still has never replied to my email with me requesting a refund!! Then they tried to flag my comment as defamatory, even though they failed. If they truly want to resolve the situation, they would return my email. You already have my information.

The quality of products from Residence Supply is disappointing. Items arrived damaged, and customer service was unresponsive. Their return process is a nightmare, and I'm frustrated by the lack of communication. Not worth the hassle at all.

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing the Rattan Pendant Light at Residence Supply! The customer was great and they were able to help me find the right design that would fit perfectly for my house. Shipping was quick and the Light came in perfect condition. Would definitely buy again in the near future!

They (badly!!) copy designer items. The images look fine, but like AliExpress stuff it looks amazing when you buy, but when received its a cheap or even broken rip-off. Would never ever recommend this. I wished I had saved my money for a real, considered item..... Also their reaction below does not state anything about copying original items, as they do but badly! please don't do business with them..

Products shipped on time, arrived safe and are just what we were looking for this project.

This light is fantastic. It attracts tons of bait fish and which draws in the game fish at night. It lights up a very large area underwater. Quality built and should last a long time.
