All was great, products correct and reasonable prices. Delivery was a little slower than expected. Took days to send a package that was showing ready to ship. Otherwise great service, always return to this shop.

Bonjour, j’ai posé une question je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Jamais trouvé la réponse sur le produit savoir si c’est la longueur la largeur la profondeur. 3 tailles proposées j’ai pris au hasard pour le Noël de mon fils. Heureusement je suis bricoleur mais ce n’est absolument pas ce à quoi je m’attendais. Juste déçu de n’avoir pas trouvé l’info et pas pu l’obtenir car pas de téléphone. UPS catastrophique comme livreur, impossible de les joindre, impossible de changer de lieux etc… aucun appel à la livraison, sans parler d’un autre colis resté sous la pluie 3 jours sans savoir qu’il était livré. UPS une catastrophe. Changez pour vos clients!

UPS kept giving optimistic delivery times - resulting in me having to reschedule my activities 3 times - and then postponed for 2 days and then delivered 2 hours before they were scheduled!

This is my second time ordering from this company to be delivered to New York. I am very happy with my order again. I was delivered within a few days and there were no issues.

Excellent customer service. They had a stock issue so the board I ordered initially was out of stock but offered me the newer version for the same price. Also shipped abroad via an express service to ensure delivery before a trip. Very responsive and helpful communication throughout.
