Nice customer support. Despite the item supposed to be shipped within 24h and it wasn't, the good arrived before Christmas as was a gift. I asked for an extra gift just because it was an hat for a cold storm approaching and I went out freezing my head out but they didn't reply. That's why 4 out of 5

I ordered several items for a complete set of wingfoil equipment online and then changed my mind as far the size of the wings was concerned. Staff were very swift and efficient in letting me amend - at good prices - the items ordered. Items were shipped swiftly, even during this busy Black Friday/Cyber Monday episode. I have not personally inspected the items yet as they were sent straight to my seaside place in Spain. So if there was damage or wrong items sent I would then need to amend my rating (but I trust that will not be necessary)

I ordered two items. It was staded 3/4day shippment. I ordered on 29.11.2024. We are now 16.12.2024 and I still did not received the goods. I was calling the phone number and no answer. Emails with slow response. P.s. It was stated that orders above 60€ have free shippment. I ordered a leash for 50 and helmet for 120. 170€ combined. But order for each part was managed seperatly so I payed shippment for the leash not considering that complete order was 170€. I am never buying from this shop again.
