United Kingdom | 14 December 2024We ordered a board from Kiteworld on the 1st December 2024. Today, it is the 14th December we still have not received it despite being told by the courier, UPS, that it was shipped on the 2nd and would be delivered on the 5th. Since then, we have been consistently told delivery is delayed by just one day - and we still don’t have it! On top of this, Kiteworld’s website says that ‘for UK customers prices do not include taxes’. This is confusing and I have been landed with a £120 tax bill on top of the board cost at £500! Be very careful!!!
