I have bought Globelink insurance on several occasions. Fortunately, I've never had to submit a claim. My only request would be to go beyond the set insurance periods, and be a bit more flexible in the limit of days on travel periods. At least, provide a clear link for those of us who may wish to make extended visits so that the issue is discussable with Globelink.

The process of buying insurance is very straightforward and the costumer service very efficient. I had to make changes to my policy, and this was very professional. The only suggestion is to implement an online chat service as other competitors do have.

At last an insurer that is prepared to cover someone that has cancer under control or is in remission. For too long the merest mention made the big C sent insurance companies running for the hills. They forgot that it’s difficult enough for the patient or ex patient dealing with the condition but then to be denied the pleasure of travel was unkind. For many it prevented family holidays and made me personally feel isolated. Only now has Globelink liberated me, all be it in Europe Only, but it’s a start. Maybe one day the whole world may be open to us. I wanted to thank Globelink for being a pathfinder and hopefully other companies will follow their example. For too long Cancer has been a dirty word.
