The website wouldn’t accept our correct ages necessitating calling your office. Your operative was seemingly helpful, took payment by credit card but didn’t send any documentation. Another phone call to UK from Spain to obtain the policy and after repeating my email address twice to another person, it miraculously appeared. Obviously not been sent on receipt of payment. Not very efficient.

Easy enough to buy, hopefully we wont need the insurance. Only then will we find out how good they are.
