If you're like me, elderly, with a couple of serious but now stable illnesses, then you'll know how it feels to receive travel insurance quotes that are more expensive than the holiday ! This is where Globelink comes in. They are a brilliant Company who genuinely go out of their way to help people like me. I ordered my travel insurance from them using my phone in just a few minutes. They ask you just 5 questions, and then depending upon your answers they give you a choice. You can pick between having a policy that covers everything including all your conditions, or a much cheaper alternative policy which is very comprehensive but does not cover existing conditions. This means you can enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that should you break your leg or lose your luggage etc. you are fully covered. Well done Globelink - and thanks.

Quick, efficient, I would recommend. Website application straightforward and easy to use.

We needed to amend our travel insurance to take account of a newly diagnosed medical condition. Globelink was unable to cover this (for reasons which were opaque). We went back to the market to secure alternative cover and requested a refund. This was not a seamless operation either Throughout this process, however, the Globelink Administration Team, in particular Tracey P, maintained regular and timely contact, until the matter was satisfactorily resolved.
