Did what it says on the tin

We have no problem with the globelink, Until it comes to a claim. Then they pass the buck to another company who want to know the ins & outs of everything, and 6 months down the line there asking for more information.

Good informative website. Clear statement of cover offered. Simple application process. Good cover for a reasonable price and relatively small excess in case of claims. Reassuring . I hope not to be in a position to report on the claims process but would like to see more reviews covering that . It's the crucial bit after all.

easy to navigate website and to buy a policy. Like that common pre existing conditions are covered without need for endless questions. I have had a policy for around two years and luckily have never needed to claim so can not comment on making a claim

With insurance companies I think there should be 2 review options - one for purchasing and one for claiming. Not everyone buying insurance needs to claim, and those who buy insurance mostly want to see the reviews of those who had to claim and how the company handled that. So this review is for purchase only because I didn't have to make a claim - purchase what quick and easy, I called to confirm some information before purchasing; the phone was answered quickly and question answered. I purchased this insurance because I had been out of the UK for more than 6 months out of the last 12, and many mainstream insurance companies won't cover you if this is the case even if a UK resident. So if I needed this cover again I would purchase from this company again.

Hello. I just booked a travel insurance and realized there is a mistake my age is 41 not 40 is that a problem?
