Always helpful when arranging insurance. I prefer my documents to be posted to me, this is done quickly, usually receive within 2 days. Would recommend. Never made a claim so cannot comment on this.

Gladly I didn’t end up using it, but I had to make an amendment on my insurance and with one e-mail it was solved. On top of that, Globelink is one of the few companies that cover you of you are in a new country for less than 6 months. Ill use it again and recomend it.

Getting travel insurance whilst already traveling was really important for us. Finding Globe link on the web was reassuring. Getting a quote and payment was simple. Hopefully we won't need to make any claims but the sign of good insurance is when you do.

Very good service and a fair price

It would have been 5 stars but I had a problem with entering our details on th web site. The staff I spoke to regarding a health matter couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. I will certainly recommend Globelink to anyone looking for travel over.

Easy to use website. When I entered the wrong start date I had to call to change it. Done without fuss in seconds by a helpful young lady.

The insurance policy seems well priced and easy to arrange on line from Slovenia. It covers everything that I need it to cover. If I bought the same policy here from a Slovene company it would cost double. I haven't had to make a claim in the two or so years that I've already had the policy and hope I don't have to but I have no reason to think that Globelink would make any claim difficult.
