Very easy buying process and good comparison of the levels of cover. I had to file a missed departure claim and it was approved and reimbursed only a week after filing, brilliant!

Setting up the insurance policy was very easy and has provided the level of cover I was looking for. Obviously in the event of making a claim I am unable to comment on how this company operates, but hope it would be as straight forward as the inception.

I had no problem with the staff it was the fact that I was charged nearly double for a condition which I suffered 20 years ago and was told at that time to 'go away you're cured' and I have regular check-ups and no sign of further problems.

Having researched a number of companies providing travel insurance, not only was Globelink one of the most competitive but their website and online application process was extremely easy understand and complete.

Friendly staff, high quality service and in case you need them the issue is solved in a timely manner.

I was charged for a former listed medical condition I no longer suffer from. But this made no difference as its still on my medical record, adding 40% to the overall cost. This was the same for two other quates. The industry in general stinks.
