I had Breast augmentation with Mr Adrian Richards in May to restore the volume in my breasts that I had lost after breastfeeding. I am over the moon with my results and the confidence it has given me back. I only took paracetamol after the op and didn’t need anything stronger. Caroline and Nurse Sarah at the Northampton clinic were fantastic, excellent communication and I went back for a second sizing appointment to ensure I was happy and this was accommodated very quickly. Mr Richards and Melissa were fantastic on surgery day as I was a little nervous! Thank you again!

Overall things were fine. I did let them know before hand that a cannula in my hand wouldn't last the whole time and once in recovery my hand got swollen and I wasn't receiving effective pain relief because of this. The nurses then got me some oral pain relief. Also, nurses could have communicated a little bit better and been a bit friendlier. Finally, considering how much people spend on these treatments, allowing your family member into recovery to you should be allowed but it wasn't. Overall I'm pleased with the results from surgery.

Dr Rochira was fabulous in terms of putting clients at ease, explaining the procedure and doing the very best for you to get the best outcome. My case was challenging but the results are life changing. I would definitely recommend Dr Rochira.

I had an excellent experience at the Private Clinic of Harley Street for my hair restoration surgery. The results are simply incredible, I really didn't imagine it would come out so good and it is far beyond what my expectations were. Special mention to Dr. Michael Mouzakis who is an absolute artist when it comes to hair restoration, along with his whole team. Also really great communication from Kerry-Ann Walsh who guided me through everything pre-surgery. The surgery itself was relatively painless, with the team putting you fully at ease. The recovery does take time, so it is well worthwhile booking a week or two off work post op. As has been well documented, you don't see results until about the 6 month mark, so patience is required. While it is not inexpensive, it has been more than worth every penny. My family are still astounded that I now have a bushy head of hair again!

Not a great start and was put off to be honest. I'd missed a couple of calls, so decided to ring back. The person who answered seemed to only be interested in getting a consultation fee from me, whilst telling me how 'amazing and incredible'the surgeons were.I thought, wrongly, the consultation was free. Also took a while to find me, called me by the wrong name and it all felt like they didn't know what they were doing. Maybe I just had a poor experience. It's put me off

Very professional team demonstrating high level expertise. All of the expectations set during the initial consultations have been met and now 6 months after the procedure I am already enjoying what is a very good and natural result. The most stress I’ve had throughout the recovery process is whether or not I have enough baby shampoo.

Mr Lloyd performed otoplasty for me - all aspects of the care were excellent, and Mr Lloyd took the time to understand my expectations of surgery. I have been seeing Dr Hanson for years, I can’t express how glad I am with the results since we started. Whenever I get compliments about how good my skin looks I always mention the treatments I have had. People find hard to believe that you can achieve such a natural look and fresh looking skin with fillers/botox without looking fake. On top of that he is super gentle, he is a perfectionist and makes you feel beautiful. He is a keeper in all senses!

Lovely Amanda was my clinician for my IPL treatment….. always very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had this treatment for the past 2-3years. Highly recommend seeing her and all the team.

Spent £7000 on a hair transplant on a very small receding area of my hairline, the results of the operation were abysmal. So bad in fact that even the clinic admitted the results were poor and refunded me half of what I had paid. Which means I’m still £3500 down and have virtually nothing to show for it other than missing hair from the donor area. Every time I look in the mirror I feel so annoyed and frustrated, the whole experience with them has been dreadful. My advice is to stay well away from this clinic if you’re wanting a hair transplant, you’d be better off going to Turkey, you seriously couldn’t be any worse off.

Had a really bad experience at this place, I was enquiring about breast augmentation online. They quickly rang me and booked me in for a consultation (the same day) I was really excited as this place was my first choice and I was really hoping for a good experience. However, this was not what I received. I paid £100 for a consultation, baring in mind not one other consultation I have been to charges they are all completely free. But I was excited and paid anyway, it took me two hours to get to my consultation as I live in Nottingham and the traffic was bad, from getting into the reception signing in being seated upstairs greeted by the chaperone to having my “full” consultation I was in there a whole 13 minutes from start to finish. I was made to feel very rushed and uncomfortable, as this was the first time taking my clothes off to a stranger I was already nervous and the surgeon just made things worse. He didn’t care about what I wanted and just basically told me what I would have, it was very much like I was an inconvenience to him. I was then taken through to talk about pricing etc and I was quoted 7040 for a straight up Breast augmentation, not to mention they wanted me to pay £280 for a mental health assessment because I suffer with anxiety. I was left feeling very disappointed, rushed and uncomfortable. I would never recommend going to this place to anyone. When I stressed my concerns over email they offered me a second consultation with the same surgeon! This was never going to happen he already ruined any self confidence I already had. I politely declined her offer and stressed that I don’t feel I got what I paid for, she didn’t care and quite rudely ignored my email. So thank you, I have now found a much much better company to go with who made me feel at ease from start to finish.

Emma is lovely and made me feel totally at ease. She clearly knows her ‘stuff’. The treatment went really well and I experienced very little discomfort. I await the outcome!

How can a 10 minute telephone call from admin staff- non medically qualified who make the decision on whether you qualify for help/ intervention. The website offers help and light at the end of a dark tunnel and yet in reality, they simply aren’t interested. Disgraceful. Update review: I’m glad I’ve read all reviews and spoken with someone who did have a procedure at the Birmingham clinic, I’ll put this down to a definite near miss having anything to do with this outfit. The number called to my wife was the same number 0121 725 2600 as you have put in your reply.

I have been having laser hair removal treatment with Emma at TPC in Birmingham, and honestly, even when I have not been in the city, I have travelled to her to continue my treatments. She is exceptional. Emma is extremely careful with my skin, and being a woman of colour, this is very important to mitigate burns from the laser. I have never had a bad experience with Emma. She is kind, outgoing, and really listens to my needs and she will try her best to meet my desired outcomes by offering honest advice. I can tell she is passionate about what she does and it really shows through her work and the results in my skin. I would highly recommend TPC for anyone wanting to have treatments done. Very professional and affordable treatments.
