My breast augmentation journey was extremely smooth and I felt at ease with Mr. Fazel from the start to finish. He has a very calm and welcoming nature. I had visited 2 other surgeons for prior to Mr. Fazel for consultations but I did not feel they were genuine like Mr. Fazel. It has always my dream since age 17 to have a breast enhancement as I felt my breasts were too small and I never felt comfortable in a bikini. At 23 years old I knew this was a good time. We discussed the size and shape I wanted during the consultation. It soon became apparent I wanted larger than average (I like extreme!). However, Mr. Fazel stated that the CC I desired would not be possible with under the muscle. Although this was not what I wanted to hear it reassured me that Mr. Fazel has morals and thinks of his patients health over their desires. I realised I would have to compromise with the size I was going for. What I liked about Mr. Fazel was he called me back twice to discuss sizing. He could see I was a little indecisive and unsure so I really felt he wanted me to feel secure in my decision. He is a very polite man who is down to earth and patient. He answered all of my questions (and my mums!). Also his PA Olivia was very professional and answered my questions within a day. The after care was great and I would definitely recommend Mr. Fazel to my friends and family. Thank you Mr. Fazel for making me feel more confident in my body.

I recently had a treatment for my under eye veins carried out by Marie - with her guidance the process was stress free and completely worth it due to the amazing results, I would definitely recommend.

I can’t fault Mr Pathak and his team for the care and attention they showed when I had my varicose vein treatment. My initial consultation gave me the opportunity to ask any questions or share any worries I had. Then during the procedure itself Mr Pathak and his 2 assistants kept me calm and reassured, talked to me throughout about what was happening & checking I was ok. The only negative for me, and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is because I was meant to receive a follow-up call a week after my procedure to check how things were progressing, and that phone call didn’t happen. Whilst I could have contacted the clinic if I had any worries or concerns, their inability to make that appointment call made me view their aftercare slightly unfavourably. This isn’t a negative for Mr Pathak or his team, but for the admin staff of the clinic itself.

I was fast approaching a rather BIG birthday and I decided to do something about my neck, which I not only hated but I was embarrassed about. My neck at the front had become crinkly and loose and I no longer had a defined jaw. Genetics play a significant roll in my appearance and I honestly thought nothing could be done about it except have a face lift...no thank you! So, after weeks of research I decided to book a consultation with Vicki at the Private Clinic of Harley Street (Northampton). Vicki was like a Fairy Godmother! My wish was about to come reality. Vicki was not only extremely knowledgeable but she was really lovely to talk to. She answered all my questions and explained everything in detail - and the best bit - she gave me hope! I opted for Coolsculpting on my neck and jaw. This freezes areas of stubborn fat and the body then gradually disposes of all the cells. This procedure was not painful at all and I left the clinic to eagerly await results. I could see positive things happening after 3 weeks and by 6 weeks it was astonishing! I had a jawline and even my hubby noticed! It has continued to improve. I then opted for full face and neck Ultherapy 4 weeks later. This works using ultrasound which encourages collagen production and in turn, tightens the skin. It takes from between 6 to 9 months to kick in but it will support my neck procedure beautifully. Vicki performed my Ultherapy too and it was absolutely fascinating to see all the layers of skin and collagen on the screen! I already feel 100% more confident in my appearance and the Ultherapy results will be the icing on the cake. I have always looked after my skin, which helps too. I use ZO products but Vicki recommended Alumier MD, which I also now use. My skin looks healthy and fresh with all this pampering. I highly recommend The Private Clinic of Harley Street - I feel like a new woman! All the staff are lovely and you are greeted with great warmth from Nuala at the front desk. She is lovely! The whole experience of having my bunion corrected by Mr Bianchi and the Private Clinic has been excellent from booking, the operation and the aftercare - the results are fabulous! My recovery time has been very quick and the pain post op has been minimal and easily managed. If you are thinking of having your bunion corrected, I would definitely recommend Mr Bianchi and his team.

I would highly recommend The Private Clinic, the care throughout was amazing. From the initial consultation with Micheal which was clear and concise to the actual procedure and aftercare. Everyone was professional, spent time making sure I understood what was going on and checking I was OK. Trust is an important part of any medical procedure and I fully trusted all the staff involved.

Mr Mouzakis was very approachable and I felt confident that he understood what I wanted. He communicated clearly to me what I could realistically expect so I felt I was fully informed of what the outcome might be. Kerry was prompt in her responses to me in the lead up to the procedure and I could contact her in the intervening period with any queries which were quickly addressed. The whole team on the day were efficient, thorough and really me put me at ease. The procedure itself was fortunately quite straightforward and I had little discomfort afterwards.I followed Mr Mouzakis' after care advice assiduously to achieve the best outcome possible. Again, the aftercare support was very good and the nurse I saw a few days later was thorough in her checking of the suture sites and ensuring I had the necessary contact details should I have any problems. I am really happy with the outcome. My abdomen is now tauter and defined and I have my waist back. The flanks and the area below my bra strap on my back, have also been honed down. I would highly recommend Mr Mouzakis and his whole team.

I had a bilateral otoplasty & conchal bowl reduction with Dr Mark Lloyd 8 weeks ago and I’m thrilled with the results, as well as the care The Private Clinic have provided me with. Mark was extremely thorough and understanding in my consultation - I was very particular about how I didn’t want just the pinning, but also a reduction in the bowl part of my ear. He talked me through several options and their likely shapes/outcomes and we agreed on a suitable plan for the operation. He kept expectations very realistic and there was no pressure to pursue. I felt very confident that he was the right surgeon for me. After the surgery I was also impressed with the aftercare. I had a slight bit of bleeding and Mark and the team were on standby to help. Bernadette (nurse) was also a real help on the phone when I felt a unwell after the anaesthetic - her and the rest of the team really do care about their patients. If you’re looking for a highly skilled ear surgeon with a lot of experience Mark should definitely be someone you consider and the clinic staff were all fantastic. Thank you again, I love my result!

I got an appointment to see the consultant Mr Inglott within 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. This led to a speedy diagnosis and treatment plan. My symptoms improved and my fears and worries diminished whilst surgery was scheduled and undertaken effectively at a manageable cost on March 8. I was impressed with the level of reassurance during surgery and the aftercare was extensive, considerate and confidence boosting. I have no hesitation in recommending The Private Clinic andMr Inglott.

Easy to park small area so not a huge building

The consultation for the removal of my bunion and the operation itself went very well. The post operative pain was much less than expected and the result very good. My feet now match and I don’t have the discomfort wearing shoes as I did previously. My only reservation relates to the day of the operation. I was left for a long time in a cold room prior to the operation, making the cannula more difficult to insert into my cold vein. Also after the operation the snack provided was a couple of biscuits. If I had been informed of this I would have bought something more nutritious with me.

I visited the Manchester clinic for information about Coolsculpting on my stomach and flanks. I had been unhappy with these areas my whole life and despite losing weight and being a regular gym-goer these areas were very stubborn. My clinician Amanda took great care to explain the Coolsculpting procedure very thoroughly and told me exactly what to expect both during the treatment and in the weeks afterwards. I had great confidence in her experience and ability and she made sure that the procedure was as easy and comfortable as possible. 12 weeks later I have a very noticeable change in my shape; my stomach is much flatter and my flanks have really reduced. I have been very happy with the whole experience and I am delighted with the end results. I also feel much more confident taking my shirt off! I would definitely recommend Amanda at the Manchester clinic to anyone looking for treatment.
