I had breast augmentation by Dr Fallahdar 2 weeks ago. Overall very happy with the surgeon and the results. I just feel there are some areas which the clinic could improve on to put people at ease, particularly given the high cost and reputation (I paid £6.4k). I was the last on the day to get surgery and asked them to call my chaperone as soon as I woke up to confirm all okay and give a rough time. I don’t believe this was done as my contact and other friends became so concerned they had to call themselves. Despite being in pain I felt I immediately had a lot to check on - whether they were called, I knew it was late so I had to message my pet sitter etc., I also had to request water several times. I’m not one who requires a lot of empathy but the nurse present after surgery made me feel a bit uncomfortable and I felt like a bit of an inconvenience. I was also in quite a bit of pain and vomiting but asked by a member of the team if I was “feeling sorry for myself”. In terms of the patient advisor in referrals this is referenced in case studies as constant support but I haven’t received much response, often delayed apart from when discussing payment. They do have some superb staff (Dr Fallahdar, Bernadette particularly) and the experience I had in the surgery pre op was good, I was happy with the surgeon/surgery itself but small aspects can really make a difference when you’ve had a significant op. It didn’t feel a comparable experience to what I saw in the case studies.

I had preservation rhinoplasty with Dr Rochira in December 2019. I couldn’t be happier with my results. The results are very natural-looking and I feel so much more confident with my side profile. Dr Rochira is an amazing surgeon and I instantly felt comfortable. He knew exactly what I wanted and was very realistic with the results in my consultation. Thank you!

Dr. Rochira performed a preservation rhinoplasty on me in December 2019. I trusted his suggestions for my nose and now, 9 months later, I couldn’t be happier with the results I’m seeing. I did not experience any bruising at all, only swelling around my eyes for the first couple of weeks — my nose itself took a few months to settle and I feel like it has really grown into the rest of my features. I entirely recommend this surgeon if you are looking for a natural result and an extremely pleasant experience.

I had the best experience with The Private Clinic from start to finish! I was made to feel very welcome, Dr Rochira advised me of what was best for me and I felt very confident taking his advice. Had a paid consultation in January about Vaserlipo, pointing out the 2 major areas and 1 minor area I wanted doing. 1 major was not possible as it needed a different type of procedure, ok. However the minor area was not a problem and the 2nd major area was also possible. Besides these areas I was told if I had additional areas done it would enhance the finished result, so, despite the cost of 6.5k I thought it worth doing. They hugely lack organisational skills completely messing up my op time despite a 2nd person checking I was still provided with incorrect info which would have resulted me missing my Op slot, in the end I received a small compensation by way of apology though this did little to reassure me, I went ahead and agreed to the OP which was finally done early March, followed by 5 of 6 massage treatments up to lockdown 23rd March. Since then I had my 4wk follow up appointment cancelled, understandably during covid lockdown, but then............ nothing! ZERO AFTERCARE, especially having my OP so close to covid I've received not one single call OR email to check how I was progressing or if I had any issues with healing etc. Not even a renewed 4wk appointment to check progress. What I'm most annoyed and disgraced with is the major area I wanted doing (main reason I went) was not even touched!!!! So I still have my 2 major areas untouched and I'm 6k down in pocket. Would I recommend? Absolutely NOT. If you value being listened to and reassured that is what will be done and you seriously need aftercare, then I strongly advise you move along your search to other clinics. Unprofessional and uncaring once they've had your money. Please don't be yet another reviewer because of their poor service.

I could not believe how easy it was to get my varicose veins treated. I had suffered for many years with painful , throbbing, ugly veins on the lower right leg. The only treatment I could get on NHS was below the knee compression stockings, which I put up with for years. Finally I made an appointment at The Private clinic of Harley street. July 2019 I met with Dr Ronabaldo, consultant vascular surgeon. He checked my veins, decided the best course of treatment for me and 6 weeks later I had my laser surgery (EVLA) I can’t say it was totally painless as the injections to numb the area did sting, but other than that the whole process was pain free. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed through the treatment, Kate in particular was lovely. I had to wear a full leg compression stocking for two weeks after the surgery, but it was so worth it for the results. In November 2019 I flew to America, had a 3 week road trip, it was wonderful to be able to wear skirts and shorts with no ugly veins showing. Upon my return I had some throbbing in my lower right leg, close to my ankle. It was maybe due to the long flight so soon after the treatment (I did wear compression stockings on the flight) I called the surgery and was asked to come back in. Dr Ronabaldo identified that a few tiny thread veins around my ankle that needed a little injection to close them off as they were causing this problem. He treated them there and then, not waiting or making further appointments. It’s taken almost a year to completely see the full results, but I am so glad I had it done. The ugly veins are gone, the dark bruise like staining around my ankle has gone, no more leg pain or throbbing. I had my surgery in the Bristol clinic, its in an old Victorian building, but is beautifully bright and clean inside. It’s also very easy to get to as there is a train station close by, bus stops very close and ample street car parking available. My only regret is I didn’t get this done sooner. I honestly would recommend to anyone, if you have varicose or any vein problems, make an appointment sooner rather than later, you won’t regret it. They even offer payment options so you can spread the cost. I could not have asked for better treatment or better service.

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic and felt valued as a patient so will definitely use the clinic again. My surgeon was friendly, polite and patiently answered all my questions and the aftercare was excellent too. Highly recommend this clinic.

Every single person at The Private Clinic, Birmingham were fantastic before, during and after my varicose vein treatment. They were considerate, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot think of a single reason not to recommend this practise.

Unfortunately I had another capsular contracture in my right breast and had to have both removed and was advised to go for textured implants which ended up looking awful, they were too big and u could feel and see the edge of the implant all the way around. It was very upsetting and made me very stressed and caused me to have awful hair loss after waiting a few more months and kept being told they would settle and then told later that they wouldn’t I had to have both removed as I really didn’t want to go through putting more in. I had just wanted the right breast replaced with a similar implant as I had in the first place but was told this would be a bad choice as it had gone wrong for a second time but I had a baby and wasn’t having another so I wished I had stuck with my gut feeling and ignored the advice and not gone with the texture implants. They looked so unnatural and ridiculous I’ve been left with awful saggy breasts and nipples that are forever sucked in. After going back months after the last op was told they couldn’t do anything about this and felt they would only be interested if I had to pay even more money to correct what he had done to me. To be honest I would never go back to this place they have left me feeling awful about the way I look now and the after care is not there unless ur prepared to give them more money. I am now trying to save money to go to another clinic that will hopefully correct what an awful job my surgeon had done

After considering surgery for many years, I instantly felt at ease with dr Fallahdar. I’ve never felt so happy and more confident in my own skin. I had a rhinoplasty with dr navid jallali, I had numerous consultations with different surgeons but he listened and guided me through my best options etc , he was excellent and a real decent bloke , it was very expensive but you get what you pay for in this world and with something in the centre of your face it needs to be perfect! As that’s the reason I went , my recovery was excellent and after car has been the same , I would highly recommend dr jallali and team to anyone who is wanted surgery
