Swift. Accessible. Kind. I felt in safe hands throughout. My ony comment is that it would have helped to be aware in advance of possible issues with a change in gait - and subsenquent back pain. I am under a physio now to work on affected foot mobility, realigning my gait and back work.

Everyone at the Private Clinic, from the staff at reception, my patient co-ordinator Melissa and Surgeon Adrian were absolutely superb. On arrival I felt welcome and relaxed. I had wanted surgery for about 15 years but had never been brave enough to go through with it. I had consultations with several other clinics but in my opinion, the private clinic is the only place to go for breast surgery. They are knowledgeable, professional and home to some of the best surgeons around. I wish I had done it sooner! My results are incredible and cannot thank the team enough.

For years I was very self-conscious about strongly visible blue veins around my eyes. I finally plucked up the courage to have laser treatment to get rid of them and now I wish I'd done it ages ago! Marie was so lovely - very reassuring and professional, and the results are amazing. If you're thinking of having the treatment, I would highly recommend her.

I was experiencing clusters of breakouts around my mouth and jaw area and after trying products at home I decided that my skin needed proper treatment. Vicki was great at recommending the best treatment to address the issue whilst ensuring that my skin remained hydrated. My skin felt amazing after each session and looked super glowy and the improvements were clear to see even after one session. The treatments were really relaxing and Vicki is great to chat to, she is really knowledgeable, cares about getting the best results for you and is really funny too.

I had my hair transplant in November with Michael. 6 months later and my confidence has shot up so much, I had forgotten what I looked like before the surgery, I have to say he is really the best and Kerry was really nice and helpful. They are always available for any questions or concerns…. Would definitely recommend

As soon as i met Dr Raja on the day of my transplant he explained everything to do about the procedure and the plan of the day which kept me at ease. When injected in the donor area I didn’t hardly feel no pain and throughout the procedure from start to finish . Dr Raja and his technicians were absolutely top class in thier professionalism, keeping me comfortable and explaining in detail whilst they were performing the transplant as a team . I also had a tv monitor in front of myself watching tennis as the procedure was going on, very comfortable indeed. It’s crazy to think i was in a room having a hair transplant watching television having conversations feeling no pain. After taking the hairs out of the donor area i had a lunch break which was provided, then after Dr Raja and his technicians put the grafts in the crown area of my head. My procedure was around 7 hours, I couldn’t believe how quick this Fue procedure was. Dr Raja I couldn’t thank enough including his technicians for making me feel comfortable as possible. And of course after 10 months on from the procedure i have now remarkable results I couldn’t be happier and so glad i went through with having a Fue transplant which incidentally took place in Manchester. My recovery time was only a few weeks .

The nurse Marie who has been treating my rosacea with IPL is excellent. She takes great care to make the experience as comfortable as possible and it is satisfyingly effective

Good location, easy to make appointments, welcoming staff & a clean professional environment. Amanda was friendly & knowledgeable. Time needed to see if laser treatment has worked, but the experience was very good.

Everything was superlative with Dr. Ritoo and his staff. Cat took excellent care of me, facilitating my visit from another country and making sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Ritoo is outstanding. Excellent manner and highly skilled. The Private Clinic is a lovely, reassuring and well-run space. I can highly recommend the whole experience.

I underwent a breast augmentation on 14.12.2023, with my surgeon being Dr. Fazel. I am very very happy with the results, and would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone who was thinking about going through the process. Additionally, the entire process ran very smoothly, with credit to the whole team at the Private Clinic.

9-days post surgery and the results already look amazing. So glad i made the decision to have my menopause paunch lipo'd. Be sure to follow all the after care advice. I have doubled up on the compression garments overnight and having manual lymphatic draining as advised. Both the surgeon and drainage lady are amazed with the results. Virtually no fibrosis but i will continue with the drainage for another week. Cant thank Michael and all his team enough for the care and results. Would highly recommend.

Dr Mouzakis was very reassuring, kind and thoughtful. He was always happy to answer my questions and made me feel completely at ease. Moreover, he is extremely knowledgeable and thus I felt confident to undergo the procedure. He made sure to provide all the necessary details, set the appropriate expectations, both in terms of results and recovery, and address any concerns. I would strongly recommend both him and the Private Clinic. The whole team was great and very engaging. On the surgery day, both Dr Mouzakis and his team did a great job in easing my nerves and ensured I was well informed of the procedure steps and what to expect. Now at the third month post-op, the results have exceeded my expectations!

I strongly do not recommend rhinoplasty here. My rhinoplasty was carried out by Helena Antoniadou, and I wish I took the article from The Sun about her seriously. I have wrote many complaints about my experience. She did not listen to what I wanted in regards to my nose, she did not bother to seem interested in any of my photos or what I wanted. I have come out with a nose shape I did not want, because in her eyes it was a “Micheal Jackson nose”. She will tell you she can do it, and then she will not do it after surgery.! Everything they said was so misleading, I am so unhappy. Any girl considering rhinoplasty of course wants a nose that’s nice and is profiled on a lot of celebrities, especially when paying £7,500 for it! But nope, came out with a bulbous nose that is still a lot bigger and sticks out a lot more than I wanted. On the day of surgery, it was a disorganised mess. I wish I did not pester the nurses, because if I hadn’t, I would have gone to theatre without being seen (as that is what they tried to do) and could have claimed on negligence since I wouldn’t have signed the forms I did sign at the hospital. I should never have come here, I have wasted my money and stuck in the same place I started - or even worse of as now I have to fork out for revision rhinoplasty. My sister wants rhinoplasty and I have not sent her here, Any good reviews on here is because they pester you to leave reviews - constant emails and calls asking if you have done it - straight after your surgery. And people feel obligated to do it and give good reviews because you see them for follow up consultations. I have written this review after going through all the complaint step
