This is the 2nd time I have had a keloid removal surgery done by Mr Mark Lloyd who was exceptional! I have previously had it done by someone else who was not as good so I came to Mark. I had two keloids, one on each ear and I wanted to see if the surgery would work better compared to last time, and it did so I had my other keloid removed too! The team were super! The clinic is so clean, professional and Mark was so knowledgeable! Sahera and Rachel assisted me through the surgery too who were really friendly and caring each time I came in! I feel much happier and confident and I can finally tie my hair up after 3 years of covering my ears!! I would recommend this clinic and Mr Mark Lloyd in particular for keloid removals! There is a difference between someone who does their job for the sake of it, whereas Mr Mark Lloyd is always passionate about his work and it always so happy with the outcome and most importantly making sure I was happy!!

Mr Mark Lloyd is a great surgeon. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. I had my Otoplasy done for the first time and I couldn’t be happier. The best of the best! I had my second micro liposuction procedure done yesterday. The first micro lipo was done in September on the hip area, second procedure it was performed on my inner thighs and knees. The procedure was not painful at all. I was so impressed with the treatment I received under Mr Mark Lloyd at the Private clinic. I had a small procedure to the earring hole in my earlobe which had split. From start to finish the service was fantastic. During my first consultation Mr Lloyd clearly explained two possible ways of correcting the split. I then had the procedure I had chosen the following month and him and his team on the day were very reassuring. The aftercare was very good, the communication and booking of appointments with the clinic was excellent at all times. I would highly recommend the clinic and Mr Lloyd.

I'd been considering having a FUE procedure for 2/3 years. After meeting with Dr Mooz for my consultation I decided to go with it. I have to say the whole process was seamless, well looked after during ( and afterwards ) the surgery and 2 months after the procedure, pleased to say the results are excellent ! I was worried about the time to recover and perhaps the pain... No need to. I was back at my desk the day after, and discomfort-wise, I would compare it to mild sunburn, no more. Wish id done it years ago now !!

I cannot recommend Dr Mouzakis and the team at The Private Clinic enough! The honest and candid manner from the beginning was fundamental for me, highlighting to me what was realistic and achievable and I knew then that I could trust him and the team with the procedure. So far I am just over 6 months in post-op and all transplanted hair is coming through giving a natural look even so early on. Dr Mouzakis does more with less grafts. Ensuring that the donor region is not overharvested while delivering on results. The process was (relatively) painless and the team were very professional and attentive. Look no further if you are considering an FUE transplant.

In 2020 i had a breast augmentation done by Dr Fallahdar. Start of consultation, was very uncomfortable i felt as if he didn’t listen to anything i wanted, i asked for the textured implant as i liked the look of these ones which i’ve seen on other people who have had breast augmentations. He refused & told me he would only do the smooth implants as it will suit my figure better. So i listened as he was the surgeon & i trusted him, i had shown him multiple photos of what i wanted the end result to look like, so thought he had took this on. So i had my surgery, At first look i was unsure as they looked wonky and two different sizes but was told at the start they are going to not look right as they are swollen & will look better after they heal & start “fluffing”. So i followed all the aftercare & always wore the bra they gave me. Over the 2 months after surgery i began to notice the implants to start dropping, i thought this was them “fluffing”. The next 2 months they carried on dropping, the implants had acctually dropped so low down that the implant was now below my nipple. Due to the implant dropping this far down my scars also were now visible as they had raised over the implant no where near where they was originally. They was originally uneven & wonky from start but they were under the implant. My boobs also looked two different sizes still. I made an appointment with Dr Fallahdar to speak about this as i was unhappy about results. He told me he thinks there is nothing wrong with them & to book another appointment with him to see if they change anymore. Next appointment comes, i’m still unhappy with the results. I think if anyone saw them they could clearly see they was acctually awful. He continues to say he doesn’t see anything wrong with them. I ask to have a breast augmentation revision surgery, as i cannot spend the rest of my life with boobs like this. he doesn’t believe that i need one but eventually agrees but refuses to do them how i would have liked them in the first place he then says to me he will only do the surgery on me if do a physchological assessment . Why would i do a physchological assessment for being unhappy with my botched boobs? Over 5 appointments i had with him about saying how unhappy i was about the results. Each time was exactly the same, he was rude and made me feel as if i had something wrong with me for thinking the breast augmentation was awful. I left every appointment with him crying. Not to mention for these appointments i had to come all the way from southampton just to hear him say the same stuff over & over again. A whole year i had these boobs. I spent a lot of money on something that i thought would make me feel confident about myself. Instead i became so insecure, i could not wear bikinis as my nipple would be on show where it was so high. I couldn’t wear any low neck tops, i had to wear turtlenecks all the time due to my boobs being that bad! I requested through the private clinic a revision surgery but not through Dr fallahdar as he clearly doesn’t want to listen to how clients want the results to look like or can even do the surgery properly & was eventually passed over to dr William van Niekerk. The whole experience was completely different this time, he listened to the look i was wanting to achieve & i felt comfortable at every appointment i had with him. He also agreed to do the implant & the implant size which i had originally asked Dr fallahdar to do which he refused. 5 months ago i had the revision surgery with Dr Van Niekerk & i couldn’t recommend him enough, the results are exactly what i wanted & are literally perfect. Seeing as he had to fix the previous mistakes & stitch up extra skin to get the scars back in the correct place. Although i am happy now, i shouldn’t have had to have 2 surgery’s to get the results which i wanted in the first place. I had to take Multiple days of work to keep coming to see Dr fallahdar also had to take another 2 weeks of work for the second operation. Not to mention with every appointment i had at the private clinic, i would either have to wait an hour over my appointment time, or they would cancel 10 minutes before my appointment. I put in a complaint with the private clinic & i was responded with an email saying they can offer me a free facial.

I have received treatment from Dr Hanson on 2 occasions. On both occasions, the treatment was professionally done with great attention to detail.

From the moment I walked in for my procedure, Mr Bianchi, Luca and his team made me feel at ease and really comfortable. My experience with The Private Clinic was amazing from start to finish. Amanda was so professional throughout. Her initial consultation was really thorough and she explained everything to me and answered all my questions; I wanted coolsculpting on my chin and jawline as it had always been a big insecurity. I was told that there was only a small amount of fat under my chin so I’d probably only need one treatment. During the procedure Amanda was really gentle, and the comfy chair and Netflix made the pain bearable! I’d say the recovery for me took a couple of weeks. The bruising went after around a week but the aching and numbness lasted 2-3. I had two post-procedure appointments at 6 and 12 weeks at no extra cost, and was amazed when Amanda compared my before and after pictures as she was right - one treatment was more than enough. Coolsculpting has made such a difference and I’m so happy I went for it. Highly recommend The Private Clinic to anyone that’s been thinking of getting Coolsculpting.
