I strongly do not recommend rhinoplasty here. My rhinoplasty was carried out by H Antoniadou, and I wish I took the article from The Sun about her seriously. I have wrote many complaints about my experience. She did not listen to what I wanted in regards to my nose, she did not bother to seem interested in any of my photos or what I wanted. I have come out with a nose shape I did not want, because in her eyes it was a “Micheal Jackson nose”. She will tell you she can do it, and then she will not do it after surgery.! Everything they said was so misleading, I am so unhappy. Any girl considering rhinoplasty of course wants a nose that’s nice and is profiled on a lot of celebrities, especially when paying £7,500 for it! But nope, came out with a bulbous nose that is still a lot bigger and sticks out a lot more than I wanted. On the day of surgery, it was a disorganised mess. I wish I did not pester the nurses, because if I hadn’t, I would have gone to theatre without being seen (as that is what they tried to do) and could have claimed on negligence since I wouldn’t have signed the forms I did sign at the hospital. I should never have come here, I have wasted my money and stuck in the same place I started - or even worse of as now I have to fork out for revision rhinoplasty. My sister wants rhinoplasty and I have not sent her here, Any good reviews on here is because they pester you to leave reviews - constant emails and calls asking if you have done it - straight after your surgery. And people feel obligated to do it and give good reviews because you see them for follow up consultations. I have written this review after going through all the complaint step

This was my first time ever trying out botox so I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. When I came in I was greeted by a very friendly lady on reception and the treatment was carried out by Nurse Le who was so lovely and professional. She talked me through step by step and was able to answer any questions that I had. I couldn’t recommend This Clinic enough !!

I met with Mark Lloyd to discuss two possible routes to treat my ear lobes. Upon listening to his advice, a dual ear lobe reduction versus a repair in just one lobe, was the right course of action for me. Mark has a wonderful bedside manner. He is so personable and articulates everything incredibly well, checking in for understanding in a really engaging manner, encouraging questions and a two-way discussion. On the day of my surgery I felt completely reassured by Mark. He and his team were wonderful, I felt in really safe hands. In terms of aftercare, this was spot on . I was encouraged to seek support if required, ‘no such thing as a stupid question’. During my follow up with Mark, he was as warm and engaging as he’d been in our initial visit, advising on further aftercare, following this up in writing. My surgery was only conducted in March so there’s still some healing to do, however I’m so pleased I had the procedure and I look forward to seeing the final result once everything has fully healed. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone seeking similar surgery. My experience of dealing with team members in the Birmingham and London practices was first class.

My whole experience from first contact through to post-surgery follow-up has far exceeded my high expectations. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional professionalism of all staff I encountered. I am 1 week into recovery from bunion surgery and was able to walk out after the op without any assistance (though a relative was with me as chaperone) and reach the nearby hotel without any problem. Since returning home I have been able to continue my normal routine, including climbing stairs and walking to the shops approx 500 metres away. This operation has not not negatively impacted my life other than not being able to drive, and having to take care to follow the walking instructions provided (put whole foot flat on the ground, each step). I have experienced no post-op pain, only a little initial soreness around the operation site which was manageable with paracetamol. Currently I do not even need that. Everyone is different but I can only speak for myself and my experience.

All the staff were very attentive, helpful and polite. The clinic was very clean and modern. My nurse Emma was very professional, welcoming and was clearly very knowledgeable about the treatment. Emma was amazing by putting me at ease as it was my first ever treatment. Emma took me through my treatment step by step explaining everything. I cannot wait for my next treatment in July.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results provided by Dr Mooz and his team at the Private Clinic. My hair transplant went without a hitch, in fact it was way easier than I expected, both during the procedure and the recovery, and I couldn’t be happier with my results after 7 months. Very nice clinic. Had the Handy Plasma treatment. Dr Luca De Fazio was very friendly and made you feel at ease with whole procedure. Would highly recommend him and the clinic.

Marie was accommodating and did a fantastic job on my under-eye vein removal. She's easy to get in touch with and responded quickly when I was worried about anything. She Made me feel very comfortable during the procedure as well.

Wonderful experience on my numerous visits to the clinic here. Alongside the very polite staff at the desk, Nurse Marie Narsoomamode was an exceptional practitioner of her work and made me feel welcome and looked after at all times during my time with her.

Lovely surgeon

Had transplant in November and was having my crown filled in and my front hairline strengthened. Not worried about the crown , but front hairline was a big issue for me! Arrived and signed my life away with Michael and we were off! The process was underway and before I knew it I had been shaved at the back of my head and was in 'the chair'. Was not too worried at this stage , felt I was in very capable and experienced hands with Michael M. He explained what was going on , although I probably didn t want to know all the details! The morning went quickly and a lot of grafts had been taken! I had a total of 6000 over a two day process. No pain at all , all I could feel was the occasional plucking feeling. Lunch came and went , all going well and then the final process of the day took place which was to replant the follicles into my crown. All fine ,painless and had no issues or complains. The nurse gave me the antibiotics I needed and the spray gun to keep the areas moist throughout the night. I trotted off to a hotel I had booked around the corner and settled down for the night. I was a little concerned about this as I was worried about sleeping. Sleep was ok and I d asked the hotel to put a chair in the room so I could sleep on this if I wanted to. I d spend a lot of money , so did nt want to mess things up! Day 2, was feeling a little tired , combination of the drugs and the lack of a good nights sleep . Went back for 1pm and the process started again , only this time Michael M was going to do my hairline. I was v sensitive about this , hyper sensitive .This is the bit that he could really mess up. After the follicles had been harvested he took me into the waiting room and we discussed the hairline. I said I did nt want a big felt tip pen finish but something representing my 55 years of age. He drew on the new hairline - ironically with felt tip! It was nt straight I said- but it did follow my original hairline. I was really unsure , but he the front is for you and the back is for everyone else. This resonated with me. I went back into and the transplant of the hairline took place. He put 300 hairs on one temple and 500 on the other and a line of hair across the front , single hairs. After he had done the hairline he passed me a mirror. I was really not happy! OMG I thought... what has he done! I sat in the chair while the second surgeon filled in the volume on my crown , I was thing lots of very dark thoughts , really unhappy. After , what seemed an eternity, the volume was added to the crown , I could here myself saying this needs to be over now! I need to sort this out. Anyway , after I got up again I took a look at the hairline and started to look closely at it, and started to feel a bit better , but a combination of feeling tired and slightly sick due to the drugs . Then I felt guilty , did I sound ungrateful... had I upset anyone! Anyway , got bandaged up and drove back home. The next few days and months have proved that Michael and the team did a great job , but one thing to remember is that a transplant is a slow burn . The healing took me three weeks but the full result will take over a year. I m 4 months in and no scarring can be seen and I am genuinely happy with the results and will be interested in a top up when the time is right. I think I have given a candid review , it is not painful , the team are great , the process is simple and the recovery 2- 3 weeks. The only person that is aware of my transplant is my wife!!!! No one else has a clue!

From the start, Alex, the clinic manager was and is so friendly. Made me feel at complete ease and helped me understand everything I needed to, very down to earth and genuinely lovely but definitely knows and cares about his role inside out. Along with Dr Adel Fattah who completed my breast augmentation 3 days ago, I cannot recommend highly enough. Very professional service, feel very looked after and cared for. I am so thrilled with the results, absolutely worth every penny. Would not consider going anywhere else for any future procedures, fantastic 👏

Disappointed with hair transplant and lack of contact/support after. Over £10,000 for a small area to be transplanted - way more than other places but trusted here for the name but it just wasn't worth it. 13 months since the procedure and I've heard nothing since the first week. I just wish the procedure was done with more care and effect, feel that I have wasted a lot of money and my self-confidence is no better than before.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Mouzakis. He was professional, courteous and honest in his consultations. The results achieved exceeded my expectations and I am delighted that I choose Mr Mouzakis and his team at The Private Clinic. Kerry-Ann Walsh handled all the admin professionally and was always available to answer any queries that I had. Five star treatment and five star results.

My Experience at both the London and Birmingham clinics have been exemplary. The Birmingham clinic processed my consultation, pre op and after care with the upmost professionalism and diligence. Every detail was covered and the staff were super friendly. Sahera made me feel very relaxed and explains every part of your treatment. Mr Giuseppe Taranto is an exceptionally skilled surgeon, identifying every aspect of the procedure and the intended results. Staff at the London clinic were just as attentive with care and follow up calls post op.

The staff at The Private Clinic in Birmingham were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they immediately put me at ease when I went recently to book in for keyhole surgery on a bunion. The surgeon, Mr Bianchi was very reassuring and answered all my questions, allaying all my fears about the forthcoming operation. On the day, Mr Bianchi and his colleagues made me extremely comfortable and I was very relaxed when I went in for the procedure. It all went very smoothly and I am delighted with the results. Would highly recommend.

The care taken by all 5 members of the team was perfect at every stage, from my husband being offered a tea/coffee on arrival to agreeing the recipient hair transplant area with him and drawing it on to performing the surgery so perfectly to the aftercare. Dr Luca de Fazio is a very pleasant and skilled surgeon and comes highly recommended, my husband's hair transplant has made him look years younger already !
