Dr Richard Brighton-Knight’s treatment approach is to achieve a natural look and to look your best. I have Botox, Filler and now Profhilo and l have had excellent results. I find Dr Richard to be very honest in explaining what can be achieved and l like his approach of building on each appointment for the best natural results.

My experience was very positive from beginning to end. Every member of the team, without exception, was friendly and helpful. The procedure was explained in detail and possible side effects were pointed out and advice given. Everything went exactly to plan. I was able to walk out of the clinic unaided and I have not looked back since. I was wearing normal shoes after 20 days and back to normal after six weeks. I walk, run, reach up on tip-toe without a second thought. I have my life back!! I would recommend this procedure whole-heartedly to anyone. I have nothing but praise for Mr Bianchi and the whole team. Money well spent.

After having my children, i was left with excess skin and no volume to my breasts. The empty skin made the breasts look saggy as well as flat. Dr Jallali listened and entirely understood what i was looking to achieve and explained the reasoning behind his recommendations of shape, size and texture of implants. The results are beyond anything i could have hoped for. Blepharoplasty I had blepharoplasty with Dr Davood Fallhadar over a month ago. Over years of wondering whether I should or shouldn't do it I finally decided to go ahead, mainly for my trust in Dr Fallhadar after consultation. I was afraid my eyes would change their shape and the overall expression of my face. I had seen too many people looking startled and did not want to follow that path. Yet the excess skin on my eyelids was making my eyes look tired and aged. During the operation Dr Fallhadar walked me through the various steps he was taking with professionality and care. He was extremely precise and skilful with the procedure and at the sametime very considerate and reassuring with me. It was all painless and relaxed. The whole staff at the clinic took great care of me during and after the procedure. They checked in regularly at home during my convalescence period. I had no pain and healed fast. Finally I couldn't be more happy with results. My eyes healed perfectly and I look ten years younger now. But mostly when I look at the mirror I see that young woman I used to know staring back at me and I marvel. Thank you Dr Fallhadar and thank you all at The Private Clinic.

Never having undergone anything like this before I was very, very nervous and apprehensive prior to my initial consolation. However, right from the first interview I was made to feel very much at ease. My procedure was Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and was performed by Mr Dario Rochira, who is not only a brilliant surgeon, but also a lovely person. The customer service from Wanda Booth, Clinic Manager, Sahera Begum, Clinical Lead, and the rest of the Birmingham and London teams was outstanding, and I have no hesitation in recommending The Private Clinic to any potential patient. I couldn’t be happier with results, I just wish I would have had the procedure carried out much sooner!

Mr Bianchi and Luca have been supportive and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend. Whilst I have a bunion it is not painful and I have been advised not to have surgery right now. My experience with Adrian Richards and his team was amazing. Right from the start Melissa was extremely helpful, always replying quickly to my large number of questions providing all the information I needed to make decisions. During the initial consultation and sizing appointments both Melissa and Adrian were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Everything was fully explained and they really listened to exactly what I was looking for from results. On surgery day, the facilities were lovely, the process very smooth and everyone was lovely, making me feel completely at ease. Follow up care has been brilliant with offers of additional follow up appointments if I’d like them and an annual check up. The results are amazing, exactly what I asked for in shape, size, proportion to my body, scaring is minimal so neat/tidy it will disappear in no time. My journey to have a breast augmentation began with a consultation with Mr Fallahdar, I felt extremely nervous and my head was full of questions after spending months researching & watching breast augmentation videos. I had also spent a lot of my time researching Mr Fallahdar. Mr Fallahdar’s experience is extremely impressive, He is a highly qualified Board Certified Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with over 15 years worldwide experience, I already felt safe in his hands before I had the pleasure of meeting him. From the moment I walked into his office he made me feel at ease, I have spent years battling confidence issues and have just been desperately unhappy with my breasts. I have had three children and have also lost a lot of weight, I was so unhappy and knew this was the procedure for me. Mr Fallahdar really went into depth asking the reasons I wanted this procedure done, he didn’t just agree with me, he didn’t look at me as “money” I could feel that he actually cared about me and wanted to point out the good and the bad for me to really think about whether this was the right procedure for me, which I greatly respected. I was then examined and Mr Fallahdar explained what measurements he needed to take and explained to me how the procedure would be done. After researching for months I had an idea of what cc size implant I would like, when I suggested this to Mr Fallahdar he advised against this, he explained to me why I shouldn’t go for the size I had requested based on the outcome I had told him I wanted. I wanted as natural as possible, everyone has their own preferences but for me I wanted to be as natural looking as possible. I tried the implant size that was suggested to me and it felt good. I was happy with how it looked in the bra. I had a few questions with regards to recovery but I left the clinic feeling very informed and excited. Mr Fallahdar told me to go and have a good think about all we had discussed and if or when I am ready we can look to move forward. I went away, I thought about everything and decided I was happy to move forward. I went back for a second consultation and again I mentioned the CC size I had mentioned previously, Mr Fallahdar reminded me that he wants me to look my best and in proportion to my body size and frame. He advised if I really wanted that size that he would recommend me to a different surgeon, from that moment I completely trusted him and didn’t want anyone else carrying out the procedure. He again proved to me he wanted me to be fully happy with my end results and listened to exactly how I wanted my breasts to look. It then came to Surgery day, to say I was nervous is an understatement! Once I arrived I was greeted by a lovely nurse and shown to my room, I was made to feel so welcome & comfortable. I had the routine of changing into a gown, the Anaesthetists team made their visits to do their checks, all were lovely, very reassuring & made me feel at ease. Mr Fallahdar came to see me, he re assured me & also came to take some before pictures. I was then lead round to the theatre where I really started to feel my nerves creep in, Mr Fallahdar recognised this & walked around to my side whilst the anaesthetists worked away and he held my hand. Not only am I absolutely over the moon with my breast augmentation results but I praise Mr Fallahdar as a person too. He supported me throughout every step of this process. He checked on me after surgery and continued to reassure me. I am so grateful to him. I am so happy that I had this procedure done. Mr Fallahdar has given me my confidence back. A confidence that I lost many years ago. I must also praise Cat, my patient co-ordinatior, she supported me every step of the way. Cat is so lovely, always makes sure I am happy and will answer any questions I may have. She has supported me from the first step. I have had a very positive experience at the private clinic Harley Street. I had previously visited a private hospital in Great missenden and been told I would need a hemorrhoidectomy surgery which can be extremely painful and probably a very long recovery. I have chronic pain so I was very anxious about the prospect of having this surgery. I visited Mr Nastro who put me at ease and and offered me a much less intrusive option, something I have never heard of - mucopexy and rafaelo procedure. My problem was a prolapsing hemorrhoid and other internal smaller hemorrhoids. Mr Nastro was very personable and considering the nature of my problem he made me feel very at ease. Alicia is my patient coordinator and is very helpful and easy to talk to also very personable, as I had several questions after my appointment that I hadn't asked Me Nastro and she quickly got back to me with any queries and I even spoke to Mr Nastro on the phone about my questions and anxiety of the procedure. I was extremely anxious on the day of my procedure and all the staff at the Fitzroy hospital were very reassuring. I arrived at 1.45 and I was able to leave by 6:30 and also was given a phone number to call out-of-hours nurse if required. The nurse also call me the following day. During the first week of my recovery I was able to speak to a nurse very quickly about worries that I had. I spoke to Bernadette who was very reassuring and a lovely lady which is just what you need! I am 3 and half weeks into my recovery now and Alicia has regularly called me to see if everything is ok. I know that I can speak with a nurse if I need to which is great. All in all the procedure was a little painful after but nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be and i actually only had to take paracetamol. Overall I would definitely recommend the private clinic of Harley Street :) I am so relieved I found them!
