My aftercare with the Birmingham clinic has been amazing. Sahera, the clinical nurse has gone above and beyond after needing additional after care. She has been incredibly reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable throughout and am so grateful.

I recently had rhinoplasty (nose job) at the The Private Clinic of Harley Street and currently in the recovery period. From doing lots of research into many different surgeons and clinics this is the one that stood out to me and I felt the most comfortable with enough to go ahead for a consultation in Birmingham. From the very start I had a warm welcome and felt at ease. My consultation was with Mr Mrinal Supriya who is the surgeon that carries out the procedure. He was open and honest with his expectations and listened to my concerns with my nose carefully and shown me example photos of before and afters whilst discussing what the best option would be for me. So I left feeling positive. Also in the consultation was Wanda who is the clinic manager for Birmingham. She is very friendly and supportive. I didn’t feel pressured into saying yes straight away or that the clinic were just after money. It came across like they wanted the best for you and She had great communication with myself and kept in contact when I needed. From consultation to finally saying yes after years of always wanting my nose done the clinic were great at answering any queries and efficient at sorting out my pre ops and tests etc. There were also 2 other colleagues at the clinic that specifically made me feel less anxious and reassured. Lucy over the phone calls really came across supportive and lovely which in the lead up made me feel way less anxious. Also my nurse Sahera is so down to Earth and approachable I left my pre op feeling super excited and more confident in my decision in going for it. My operation was done in london and again the staff were all brilliant and took great care of me. Very attentive. You see a lot of different people through the process but all professional and experienced. Mr Mrinal Supriya Came to see me right before I went under to double check what we discussed in my consultation which was really comforting. The procedure was a day case and I was home later that evening and so far my recovery has gone really well. Any questions I have had the phone has always been picked up or email answered. I even got a card through the post from the clinic wishing me a speedy recovery which was a lovely touch. I’m really looking forward to seeing my results and as a 25 year old I’m glad I made the decision now finally to just go for it. Overall a very professional and caring clinic.

After original breast implant surgery with Mr Richards and his fabulous team 5 years ago, I was unfortunately, one of the unlucky statistics to get severe capsular contracture in one breast. Mr Richard tried to help the progress of this contracture reverse itself through many free consultations and appropriate prescriptions, to no avail. So I chose to live with a breast that felt like a cement ball in my chest, giving much pain on hugging and pressure at times. Until. One day in December 2021, I decided enough was enough and so did Mr Richards, who together with his brilliant Harley Street clinic team, supported me all through the stages of revision surgery. I chose 2 different sizes of a new brand of implants for both breasts that will reduce the chances of capsular contracture again, but where during surgery, Mr Richards was to decide what size was best to ensure symmetry because, removing the hardened shell would remove a little tissue too. Finally, I have 300cc in my right with 320cc in my left. A very happy client so proud of my new set and very highly recommend Mr Richard and his outstanding clinical team. After years of going back and forth deciding whether or not I was ready for otoplasty surgery, I finally decided on the private clinic and had otoplasty surgery done by Dr Mark Lloyd. For all the worries I had and how anxious I was prior to the surgery, Nurse Alex H calmed my nerves and was so kind to me, making sure I was comfortable before the surgery, I can’t put into words how much this meant to me as this was the first surgery I had undergone ever. I had a general anaesthetic meaning I was awake for the surgery which obviously made me more anxious! Dr Lloyd and the theatre nurses spoke to me throughout and were so patient with me which eased my nerves so much that the whole procedure felt normal. I could not be happier with the results. Dr Lloyd did an amazing job and I can’t thank him enough. Because of the shape of my ears, I had no idea what the end result would be but was able to trust Mark’s vision and experience. He warned me prior that the end result may not be completely symmetrical and not to have unrealistic expectations but he surpassed my expectations, I am so happy with how they are now and it’s made an incredible difference in my self esteem and I can confidently tie my hair back! I really do recommend Dr Lloyd, he’s such a lovely guy and so good at what he does. He explained everything he was doing before and during the surgery and made sure I was happy at each stage, nothing was too much trouble. I have nothing bad to say at all about my experience.

I would highly recommend treatment at the Private Clinic..very friendly staff. My consultant Vicki was very courteous. She explained the procedure in simple terms and no question was a silly one. There was no hard selling and did not feel pressurised. During my treatment, I felt at ease as I was made to feel comfortable every step of the way. Prof Vorah and his team did an excellent job on my vascular surgery. Very professional and explained the treatment very thoroughly. All of the Staff are very professional, nice and on hand 24/7. My surgery was very straight forward and has achieved the desired results, so much so I have booked to have surgery as required on my other leg. I would of maybe liked a courtesy call at some point after surgery just to check everything was ok and maybe get some reassurance that everything was ok. Well worth the money. Thank you all.

Whilst only 7 months since my FUE, the results so far are very pleasing and a weight lifted from my shoulders - looking forward to seeing the remaining results. Dr Mouzakis and his team were incredibly thorough and never left me in any doubt as to what to expect. The process from original consultation through to aftercare was impressive, exemplified by a couple of months after my FUE, when I experienced a sore small spot in the recipient area, but having contacted the aftercare nurse who prescribed some ointment, it soon cleared up. Highly recommended.

Dr Wolf is an amazing and highly skilled surgeon. The results of my procedure far exceeded my expectations. The after care and follow-up was brilliant. I definitely recommend Dr Wolf to anyone considering Vaser Lipo. Thank you to Dr Wolf and team.

It is am important decision choosing the right cosmetic professional but I felt straight away that Dr Hanson was really listening to me and what I wished to achieve from the planned procedures. I felt that he would give his honest opinion as a doctor as to what was possible and the pros and cons, benefits and risks. He even highlighted alternative options which were not treatments or procedures he offered to ensure I made the right decision for me. The procedures I had were fillers and Botox. The aftercare was also comprehensive and I was able to get follow up advice and have any questions answered. I personally did not want a radical change to my appearance and Dr Hanson listened to that. The results are subtle and natural and just what I had hoped for. I look like me, but a few years ago. My close friends have not asked if I have had ‘work done’ instead they have commented that I look happier, healthier and less tired, which is just what I wanted. Thanks.

I don't normally write reviews however I felt compelled to write this one. 10 years ago I had breast implants put under the muscle done by a different surgeon in a different hospital, at the time I was quite happy with the results however overtime I become frustrated at feeling the implants move with every raise of my arms. I bumped into an ex colleague who had had a recent breast implants done by MR RICHARDS and I was amazed at the difference not only with the results but how the procedure was done. Having had bad experience with other private clinics i tend to shy away from the big commercial cosmetic community until now. The Private Clinic goes above and beyond, ALL staff from the audeleys, reception, nurses, co-ordinator, theatre last but not least Mr Richards the surgeon are AMAZING. My journey was one to treasure the environment is super clean, friendly, run to true perfection. After several consultation with Mr Richards , who in my opinion is not only a fantastic surgeon but a genuine gentleman, I went ahead with my surgery in October 2021 and have never looked back the After care is the same standard as pre op fantastic. yes it is true it is a little more expensive than other high street competitors but worth every penny, Plus there is a very personal feel that immerses you in safety to the Private Clinic something that is Priceless. 100 percent recommend this clinic and 1000 percent Mr Richards worth every penny and more standards in everyway EXCEPTIONAL.

I went to Dr Dennis Wolf at the Private Clinic for Arm Liposuction. The entire experience has been great, from the initial consultation with Doctor Wolf, the quick and helpful responses to any of my queries from Faye (Patient Coordinator), the lovely and kind nurses who assisted Dr wolf with the operation, plus the amazing results so far from the surgery completed by Dr Wolf. I couldn't be happier, thank you!

I have had a terrible experience with this clinic. My first appointment was cancelled with little notice. When I did get seen, time spent with the surgeon was minimal, appointments were rushed, but they were always very quick to take money and advise fees would be lost if appointments were not attended. Wanting the work done by one particular surgeon though, I proceeded. At my premed appointment my blood pressure was high, a problem I always have when there is a requirement to take blood. My GP diagnosed White Coat Sydrome. I sent the clinic home blood pressure readings for the next 5 days, all were normal. In spite of this they said they required further tests, all of which needed to be carried out by my GP and not achievable in the time frame before surgery. I was left to sort this out myself, the only contribution from the clinic an email to my GP which did not arrive. The only contact made to me by the clinic nurse, even though I requested a call with the anasthetist himself. A ;etter of complaint to the surgeon not even forwarded. When you pay for Private treatment there is an expectation that you will no be reliant on the nhs and that all requirements will be put in place by the supplier, this was very far from the case. I am now left in limbo, surgery cancelled until my BP is under control, my GP stating there is not a problem as my readings are normal. The Private Clinic has of course been in receipt of full payment for 3 weeks prior to this and now I have to wait to get my money refunded. The whole experience has left me distressed, upset and feeling hopeless as how to proceed and has taken 3 months of my life to get to this stage. Do not use the Private Clinic, find an alternative supplier.

My split ear lobe repair was carried out with care and professionalism. The team were very informative along the way and I felt safe in their hands. I booked my initial appointment online expecting the procedure to be carried out in Northampton, however was advised at the consultation I would need to travel to London to have the procedure carried out, I also had to wait sometime for an appointment as I needed it to be in the school holidays and also had to chase them a couple of times for the appointment, that is why I have give 4 star rating. Other than this I can not fault the service and treatment I have received. I would highly recommend the private clinic to any friends or family.

I had been considering surgery on my eyes for some years and latterly my jawline, I'd had several consultations over that time with various Harley Street surgeons before finally agreeing to surgery with Mr Fallahdar. My objective was to open up my sagging eyes and tighten up my jawline to look like a naturally youthful 60 year old. Mr Fallahdar is a no-nonsense surgeon, his approach is straightforward and his recommendations are considered and sincere. Six months post surgery, even without makeup, I look at least 10 years younger and my friends think I look amazing. Mr Fallahdar is a skilful surgeon who works in the best interest of patients. He refuses to undertake, what he believes to be, unnecessary procedures. He cares about his patients and is always available pre and post-op if you have concerns.

Everything about my experience has been excellent and pain free. The procedure was comfortable and the team were considerate at all times, the after care has been constant and efficient not to mention seamless. Most importantly I am delighted with the results. I had an excellent experience with the clinic and with the surgeon Mr Mark Lloyd. Although it was a small procedure (two ear lobe tear repairs) I was treated with courtesy and consideration throughout. From initial consultation through pre-op assessment, the surgery itself and follow up - everything went very smoothly. I was kept fully informed of all aspects of my treatment and what to expect after the procedure. I am very happy with the outcome, although Mr Lloyd did feel that with my left lobe there might be need to make a small adjustment to the tip of the lobe after 6-9 months. If this were to be necessary he would carry this out with no additional costs.
