I have had 2 separate surgeries now, both on my head to remove cysts. Mr. Mark Lloyd did both surgeries and he was lovely. Kept me informed and really wanted to make sure I was fully aware of everything. Surgery days were great, everyone was amazing. The before care and after care with the clinic is the only reason I've not given 5 stars. Mr. Lloyd and his team day of surgery deserve 5 stars easy. The clinic support staff were not as great as they just didn't seem informed and weren't able to always answer my questions. It wasn't a massive deal, nothing bad happened but if someone has never had any surgery before they will have lots of questions and the staff just couldn't get into the details with me. I would totally use the clinic again, nothing at all would prevent me from using them again, just a slight point for consideration and improvement.

I contacted The Private Clinic to enquire about their split earlobe services and was contacted via email super quickly and was informed of all the next steps. The nurses whom I spoke with prior to the surgery were all super helpful and able to answer any questions I had about the entire process etc. My consultant was Dr Lloyd and I couldn't say enough wonderful things about him. Super lovely, professional and welcoming and he explained the procedure in a lot of detail. He included all the things that could happen after the procedure and healing process (I'm of Black African descent so I had to be made aware of potential keloids that could result after surgery). All in all, I was comfortable and happy enough to go ahead with the surgery. The procedure itself was quick, the only slightly uncomfortable thing was the anaesthetic at the beginning but you genuinely don't feel a thing after that. I felt like Dr Lloyd was super careful and took his time... in theory this should be a quick process but he made sure he was doing it perfectly. It's been just over three months after the procedure, there isn't any pain and the scar seems to be improving (lightening) every week so i'm really pleased. My ears look even and i'll be returning to Dr Lloyd to get my ear re-pierced once ready. Thank you team!

Excellent care

A few months ago I had a skin lesion removed from my left chin. I was treated respectfully throughout the whole consultation and treatment process. At all times I was kept fully informed what was happening and I received good advice. I have waited for a few months to write a review so that I could properly judge the result of the surgery. It has all gone well and I am delighted with the result. The lesion has gone and the site of the incision is almost invisible now. I would recommend Mr Mark Lloyd, Plastic & Ear Reconstruction Surgeon and I am grateful for the support of chaperone, Miss Sahera Begum. Both provided a high standard of care and I am grateful for their friendly and professional work.

Marie Narsoomamode was my practitioner and she was great. Very professional and walked through each part of my procedure which was very reassuring.

I LOVE the results of my filler treatment. Dr Hanson made me feel very comfortable and was able to advise on what would suit me best. He analysed my face and talked me through the treatment to ensure that the results were subtle enough to look natural. My face looked more youthful without looking overfilled. It still looks like me but 10 years ago. Highly recommended.

The clinic was spotless, professional and friendly. Kerry-Ann Walsh was a lovely patient co-ordinator who saw my journey through with me from beginning to end. Dr Jallali was wonderful - thoughtful, professional and honest. I’m extremely pleased with my results and would recommend the clinic and Dr Jallali to anyone.
