The whole team at the birmingham branch were lovely, easy to speak to and organize my initial appt, procedure appt and even went above and beyond by allowing me to have a digital appt for my follow up. The work carried out was quick and precise, and I was kept calm and looked after throughout the whole process. I would recommend going here, and having Mark Lloyd as a surgeon.

I recently underwent a FUE hair transplant at the Private Clinic in Leeds following a consultation with Dr Furqan Raja. The experience was amazing from start to finish and I can't recommend Dr Raja and his team highly enough. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision and there was no pressure to go through with the procedure. Dr Raja was able to answer all my questions honestly and expertly and this ensured that I had realistic expectations from the start. The FUE procedure itself was completely painless and the team went out of their way to ensure that I was cared for and made as comfortable as possible. It was quite a long procedure but I felt that I was in very capable hands throughout the day and the aftercare support was amazing. I'm really pleased with the healing so far and I can't wait to see the final results in a few months time. I had surgery 6 months ago, I am not happy with the result. I asked for size D breast implants but what I got was size 34C, bearing in mind I was size 36B, so there is hardly a difference. I had it done by Dr. Helena Antonibaou, who was very patronising when talking to me. Post surgery whilst I was not fully recovered yet from general anaesthesia and still vomiting, they kicked me out on a wheelchair because they had to close the clinic by 8 o’clock. On the day of my surgery, I had to go to another city by taxi in this dire condition and then I had to come back, considering it was an hour journey. When I should have been considered to stay in hospital overnight. Overall, the customer service was really bad and would not recommend this clinic to anyone!

I went to the Leeds clinic back in September 2020 for a consultation with Dr Lim for a breast uplift and vaser lipo. Dr Lim and the staff are fantastic. Everything was explained well and I felt assured I would get the look I wanted. Due to COVID I had to wait a while to have my surgery. But the clinic especially Louisa stayed in touch with me until it was safe to have surgery. I opted to go for lipo first which I had done in March 2021. It’s been 9 weeks since the surgery and I can’t tell you how happy I am with look that Dr Lim has achieved. My only regret is I didn’t have it done sooner. I am looking forward to having my breast uplift done in August 2021 with Dr Lim and his staff again in Leeds. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for surgery.

I spent £600 for 2 Profhilo treatments. They should have been done in an interval of 4 weeks but the pandemic kicked in and my appointment was rescheduled. I did the 2nd one only 3 months later and didn't see the immediate results that their website promised. I contacted them to share my feedback hoping to be offered a solution, but they asked me to book a 3rd treatment and offered me only a 10% discount ( £30 discount ) on a overall spend of £900. I understand the pandemic is not their fault but it is not mine either, and I was asked to spend more money for something that didn't deliver results. I feel like I got penalised by Covid unlike other people who managed to get their second injection after only 4 weeks This was simply getting too expensive for me - £300 more expensive to be precise - and it didn't incentivise me to book any more treatment with them. Very disappointing by the solution proposed by the manager and the not-so-great results

Brilliant experience with The Private Clinic in Leeds. I knew I wanted a breast augmentation but wasn’t really confident about how to describe the look and size I was after. The clinic saw me really quickly and the patient co-ordinatior, Louise, and the surgeon, Ms Antoniadou, were both great. I felt they really got what I was after and, personally, I found it really helpful to talk to a female surgeon. I’m delighted with the finished result. Would highly recommend.

Selina Dhanda has been amazing! Naturally you have concerns about your procedure, and she was really supportive and patient with answering questions. I felt like I wasn't alone. She responds quickly to emails as well, and even when it was out of hours, she still had the courtest to reply. Been a good experience with the clinic so far! In terms of the actual results of the operation, I'll have to wait to give a review of the surgeon and whether I'm happy with the results.

Excellent results and friendly service! What more could you want really? I'm honestly thrilled with the results on my face, it's well worth the money and I'm planning to have other parts of my body done too! I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), a condition which can cause hormonal imbalances in your body. An unfortunate symptom of my condition is that my body produces excess testosterone, which has the unfortunate side effect of causing thick patches of hair all over your body and in my case on my face too. I am in my late twenties and up until now have tried everything to get rid of this unwanted facial hair. Waxing, tweezing, epilating, threading, shaving, hair removal creams, no-no's... you name it I've tried it. Overtime, I've probably spent thousands on hair removal products but these only worked temporarily, if they worked at all. In most cases these methods ultimately led to more hair growth, ingrown hairs, spots and dark patches of scar tissue. I had honestly never considered laser hair removal because I always thought it was too expensive and it was a lot of money for something that might not work. At least, that's what I thought until an aunty of mine had it done and the results were amazing! Through Emma at the Birmingham clinic, I was able to book in for a course of six treatments on my face for £300. Emma is absolutely lovely. She put me completely at ease about everything and has made the whole process a joy. Currently, I'm on treatment 3 and I'm honestly AMAZED with the results. My thick patches of facial hair are a thing of the past, the hair growth has slowed significantly and even when it does grow it's much softer. (Ingrown hairs? We don't know her!) I can't wait to see how it turns out after the full 6! I know it might sound like I'm exaggerating but laser hair treatment has literally given me a completely new lease of life when it comes to my face. I used to be so self conscious about my facial hair, I would wear tonnes of make-up to cover up the stubble, facial scars and spots the other temporary hair removal treatments caused. All of which left my skin a blotchy and spot prone mess. Now, I can go days without wearing make-up at all! My skin is in the best condition it's ever been and just in time too, as I'm getting married in October 2021. I can't wait to get other parts of my body done as well!

The best decision I've ever made! I've just had my 5 week post-op check up with Dr Helena Antoniadou and Alex Clair at the Private Clinic in Manchester and I am SO happy with my results from my BA.
