I want to say thank you to the Private clinic for such a smooth hassle free experience from start to finish. I had a procedure at the Fitzroy Hospital in London with Dr Kenneth Kok and Wanda Booth acted as my patient coordinator. Wanda has been very caring and thorough with all the necessary information leading up to my procedure and also following up with me afterwards to see how I am doing. On the day of surgery, the clinic staff were also very caring and warm. Everything was a breeze and I couldn't be happier with the process and outcome. Dr Kok was very hands on throughout. He made it so easy to pick him as my surgeon due to his wealth of knowledge and caring manner. Overall I would highly recommend the private clinic and Dr Ken to anyone looking to have a similar procedure. They all made me feel at ease from the initial consultation to my surgery day and aftercare which is very important as well. I look forward to healing and enjoying the results.

I would highly recommend the Private clinic, I have had a breast uplift at the Fitzroy Hospital in London with Dr Kok and been looked after all the way through by Wanda Booth. Both Wanda and Dr Kok made me feel at ease from the very initial consultation with Wanda always keeping in contact and checking in prior to my surgery so I always fet I had someone to talk to for any concerns. For being very self conscious I was put at ease instantly with Dr Kok and felt in safe hands from the very beginning. I am three days post op and so pleased with my initial results and hoping it can only get better!

I had a nose job with a doctor Oudi from the private clinic london, at south Cheshire hospital. When I went for the first consultation, he told me he would straighten the long bone part, make it little thinner of my nose, take away the bumb, make the bulge of my nose also thinner and more sharper, I was happy with what he said he would do so I had to pay £500 deposit which I did on that day, then a week before I went down to that hospital the private clinic called me and said I needed to pay the £5000 first so I did and have the proof, then I payed a further 200 to get down there and back, however when I went to the hospital already and excited for my procedure while I was going ready to be put under dr Oudi came and said to me " I'm not going to do everything I said I'm going to do, I'm just going to fix the bulginess" I was really upset and he said you dont need to do it but no mention of given me back my 5500 pound I already payed not to mention 200 pound for going down, so i took the procedure however I should have been refunded half the money back because I payd for what he said he would do and he didnt do even half of it. After another dr in glasgow took my stitches out and hurt me by snipping inside my nose as he wasnt even a plastic surgeon, then when I went for the re- consultation with dr Oudi I told him I wasnt happy my nose looks more bulge my nostrils look bigger and 1 nostril was bigger than other, I can hardly breath I'm now getting nose bleeds and he laughed in my face and said the swelling hasnt went down it dosent look that bad I need to give it a few years for the swelling to go down, well eithier the swelling hasnt went down or my nose is still a big out of shape bulge and the bulge of my nose is squint now where it wasnt before, I couldnt go out because people would stare and ask what happend to your nose, but now i can wear a mask because of covid, the doctor didnt have to make my nostrils slant and bigger as I never asked for that and I had round ones before and smaller now there hideous and staring at me in the front and you can just see up them without me having to tilt my head, I am taking them to court and they have not responded tomy solicitors emails who I had before she got I'll with covid however she put me in touch with a new solicitor as eithier they fix this or give me a full refund or I claim compensation which my solicitor tells me will be more than I payd but i just want justice, it fixed or my money back. I would not recommend anyone to go near this clinic as they only tel you they will do this and that and end they dont do what they say they will and dont refund you any amount of money as you payed what they said would do and they didnt do it, also I have a letter from the private clinic which is also proof that I informed them I was not happy with this dr and the procedure and the amount it cost for absolutely not what he said he would do.

I had hair transplant with Dr Raghu Reddy- all I can say is hes extremely professional:)! I have had great result so far after just 3 months post OP- him and his team are superb and I highly recommend if you need to thicken up your locks then this is the place to come for great results!!

I had laser treatment by Professor Yves Kamami 6 years ago for my snoring. Ever since I have been suffering from aspiration issues. Both liquids and foods often hit the back of my throat causing spasmodic coughing like when something goes down the wrong way and it’s a real problem. To top it off I’ve emailed the clinic about it but no one returns my emails. AVOID laser surgery for snoring at this clinic by this man at all costs.

I’ve had veins under my eyes for as long as I remember. It’s always been something I was self conscious about. I finally found the private clinic online and saw amazing results on their website. I booked an appointment with Marie Narsoomamode to get the IPL treatment. I was a bit nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. She was amazing and answered all of my questions. After the first session, I could already see a huge improvement. I had an aftercare appointment a couple of weeks ago and was able to get another session to remove the veins that were left. Nurse Marie is amazing and I’m so happy with the results. I’m so much more confident without makeup so I would like to say a big thanks to her and to the private clinic!

Very pleased with the hair graft procedure and aftercare I received from Dr Mouzakis at TPC. Being a completely new experience for me Dr M was able to advise through every step of the journey which was a huge factor for me when considering a domestic procedure. The procedure itself was very comfortable and I would not hesitate to use Dr M again in the future. 12 months on and I am delighted with the result.

I had two moles removed from my face (and one from a more tricky area) and was entirely pleased with the process from start to finish. The initial consultation was quick and easy and gave me all the options I could choose from. The procedure itself was quick, professional, and mostly painless (aside from the anaesthetic shots) - perhaps one hour tops from walking in the door to leaving. And almost six months on, the scars are fading nicely and I'm very pleased with the results. Would return in the future.

For a number of years I was having trouble with my earlobe, continuously buying larger ear studs to cover the enlarged hole. I eventually took the decision to contact The Private Clinic, and it was the best decision I could have made. I know it was only a small procedure, but on arriving at the Clinic and feeling apprehensive I was made to feel comfortable by Brenda and introduced to Mr Mouzakis for my consultation. Everything was explained and the decision was left to me, if I want to have the hole coved. Beyond excellent service! I had an FUE hair transplant booked in with Dr Reddy at the Harley Street Practice last year in 2020. Unfortunately due to the circumstances of businesses having to close in the UK following goverment restrictions, my surgery was cancelled numerous times throughout the year and this was beyond the control of The Private Clinic. I then spoke with Alicia the Deputy Practice Manager early in January 2021 and she fitted me in finally for the surgery in February. Dr Reddy did an incredible job and he painstakingly inserted each hair graft to give a terrific result. This is no rush job type surgery, he takes his time and comes with a terrific sense of humour to keep you at ease. I would most definitely recommend The Private Clinic for FUE hair transplant surgery with Dr Raghu Reddy and his dedicated team of professionals that work alongside him. I would also highly recommend this practice for the first rate customer service that I have received from Alicia the Deputy Practice Manager.
