I had an FUE hair transplant with Mr Mouzakis about 4 months ago and am already really pleased with the results. As well as a receding hairline, I had scarring from an accident as a toddler. This made my hairline and density across the front asymmetrical, which I was self-conscious of for decades. I eventually had a consultation with Michael and he was clear and honest in setting my expectations and discussing the risks involved, but overall felt that the results should be good. During the procedure, I was extremely well looked after by the whole team and was provided good post-operative care instruction. There was a risk that the implanted hair might not take as well on the scar tissue, but the hair was packed as dense as possible to mitigate this and I'm thrilled to say that the scarring from my accident is no longer visible and the hair is growing evenly. I now feel that I have a more natural hairline than I can ever remember having and am excited to see how it continues to progress. I no longer wince at photos of myself and friends and family have already been extremely complimentary. I am really grateful for the advice and care provided and would recommend to anyone considering FUE, to at least have a consultation so you can make an informed decision. I have a couple of gynaecological issues that cause voracious facial hair growth. I had been told by physicians that laser hair removal wouldn't be effective as the hair growth is hormonal. I finally decided to give it a go, as any improvement on my perma stubble and daily hair removal would be greatly appreciated. I purchased a year's worth of sessions as I thought with my condition it may take a while to improve. My 1st trepidation occurred when I was told the hair would be shaved off with a razor proir to treatment. Well shaving your facial hair is meant to 'make it worse' and I was thinking oh lord it's not only 'not going work on me' but it'll worsen now due to the introduction of a razor. This is when I knew I was in the right place with the right therapist, Emma Andrews is a consummate professional with a beguiling and inviting nature. She patiently and thoroughly explained the process whilst reassuring me that I could rely on her experience without rushing or dismissing my concerns. The main element of success for this clinic is the unteachable and non-replicatable gold that is Emma's expert knowledge and disarming personality. The results I saw were almost immediate, the texture and nature of the growth changed after the 1st couple of treatments and now nearly a year later my appointments are 6-8 weeks apart and I have very little if any maintenance in between. I went from taking hair removal steps Daily and having to cover my stubble with makeup, making sure my chin never grazed a shoulder during a hug, not letting Anyone touch my face Inc intimate times, worrying if the sunlight is hitting my face in way that highlights my stubble etc. Now I am a new woman, proir to laser treatment I literally felt like a part of my feminity had been taken away never to return, having a rough chin even straight after hair removal. I can now touch my own face, I hug without concern, I can pass the cotton wool test, my cheeks and chin are smooth like that of a woman now. I never thought that it would be So effective having gynaecological issues and darker skin I was just told it wasn't for me. Lies! Ladies even if your hair growth feels chronic PLEASE GIVE THIS A GO. The psychological benefits far out way the aesthetic improvement for me. It's more than a beauty treatment, it was a step toward liberation for my trapped beauty and feminity. UPDATE: Following my review, Wendy, the call centre manager contacted me to discuss. She was incredibly professional and acknowledged my complaint and agreed with my comments. Wendy offered her apologies and confirmed area had been taken to ensure this didn’t happen again. Following my chat with Wendy I would be happy to contact her if I was looking for any treatment in the future. I have therefore updated my review my a 1 to a 3, initial experience was poor and o have gone else where but Wendy has improved my overal experience. I have previously come to the Private Clinic and had a great service. I recommend you to my partner for under eye bag removal, which is clearly shown all over your website. I spoke to Lesley Davies, Patient Enquiry Coordinator and booked a consultation with one of your surgeons based on Harley Street. A full payment of the consultation fee was made. Two days before the consultation we were contacted and told that it could no longer go ahead due to a personal issue. We rebooked. Then we were contacted by someone else who said in fact, no one at the private clinic in any location did under eye surgery and we were advised to contact Transform. We questioned this as it is clearly advertised on your own website. We were told, nope not offered we will send your money back. This has obviously delayed my partners surgery by some time. I was told Lesley was extremely sorry for the mistakes she had made. I then received an email from Lesley saying in actual fact a surgeon in Birmingham does this surgery. I have had to chase Lesley on numerous occasions and have asked Lesley to send me her managers details on multiple occasions, which she has completely ignored. For a Harley Street clinic and the price of the surgery, the service and lack of knowledge of the surgeries you offer is appalling and the customer service received by Lesley is nothing sort of dismal.

I was contacted about a hair transplant and found them very ignorant and non-responsive. Their lack of knowledge about my current condition shows the Drs clearly aren't that knowledgeable and that is very concerning. I'd recommend that everyone avoid this clinic, if they aren't knowledgeable about conditions that every Dr should know about then I would worry about the procedures being carried out.

I had spoiled my ear lobe piercings by wearing very heavy earrings. The holes had become slits and for many years I had only been able to wear clip on earrings which were uncomfortable and old fashioned. I really wanted them repaired and after some research I saw Mark Lloyd at the Private Clinic. He was lovely, very calm and informative and I decided to go ahead with a procedure which would repair the slits and leave me with a small normal piercing. There was no pressure to go ahead or book on the spot. I was absolutely delighted with the result, there was no scarring and on a further follow up meeting with Mark I was able to go home wearing some lovely earrings. They are all very professional and very reassuring. I would absolutely recommend, in fact I'm wondering what I can have done next!

From my first telephone consultation with the Private Clinic Birmingham i new I had made the right choice. It was quite scary attending appointments alone due to covid but the team made me feel reassured every step of the way.. Wanda is absolutely lovely and supported me in making the right decision. She has such a caring nature and has kept in touch with every step of my journey. She made me feel at ease and has made sure that everything along the way has ran as smoothly as possible. Sahera the clinic nurse is fab. She explains everything fully and makes you feel at ease she is always on hand to answer any questions you have and nothing is too much trouble. Dr Fazel made me feel comfortable right from the get go and has such a professional and friendly approach. He takes huge pride in his work and listened to everything I hoped to achieve before helping me choose the right size implants for my frame. I'm now 1week post op and my results already show he took everything I said into consideration and I couldn't be happier. I will be forever grateful for the confidence he has given me. The team at Fitzroy hospital are also fantastic and from the moment I stepped into there care the morning of my surgery i can say I was very well looked after . They are with you every step of the way and give plenty of reassurance and keep things calm and relaxed from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr Fazel and his team at the Private Clinic and thank them for such amazing care and results.

I couldn’t recommend this clinic anymore! I had an otoplasty with Mr Lloyd in March and my whole experience from the consultation to the surgery and follow ups. Mr Lloyd made such an effort to get to know me and ensure that the results were everything I wanted and suitable for me. I couldn’t be happier with my results and I couldn’t recommend this clinic and Mr Lloyd anymore.

Following a few disappointing visits to my previous clinic, I contacted the Private Clinic and made an appointment to have a consultation with Dr Hanson. I was so impressed with the clinic from the receptionists greeting to the treatment itself. Dr Hanson is incredibly thoughtful and without doubt exceptionally talented in his specialist area of practice. My post visit to the clinic was equally as good as the first. Dr Hanson has given me the look I have been thriving for which has made me very happy. My experience of the Private Clinic is that it is a very pleasant, comforting and caring clinic and I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Hanson who is an absolute expert in his field.

Just want to say what an excellent bunch - i went for vein surgery and all the staff were always so welcoming. Professor Rajiv Kumar Vohra is very good at what he does and maintains his professionalism throughout. I was quite nervous about the procedures but they assured me every step of the way and had taken great care of me throughout. I would also like to thank Saheera Begum for answering all my questions and supporting me, she was great. Also, Roger Chan, Carol McNeil who looked after me throughout the procedure and of course Lucy smith & Wanda Booth. The staff are warm and welcoming. Very professional and caring. I was impressed by the smooth running of the clinic. They coped very well during the restrictions set about by covid 19. Dr Ismail Ughratdar and the staff took time to answer all my questions, explained the Hair Transplant procedure well and made me comfortable, confident and competent in the skills of the team. I am delighted the results of my Hair Transplant, previously I was sporting the world's best comb over, but now I can sport more than one hairstyle, for which I am grateful and smiling as I write this review. Poor Service. I do not recommend. My treatments made no difference despite paying thousands. AVOID.

I had a rhinoplasty in December 2020. The clinic wasn’t too bad with checking up on me before the surgery but I was a little disappointed in how long it took for my patient coordinator to get back to me on several occasions through email or phone calls. Post-surgery, I felt as though the clinic stopped taking interest in me as the surgery had been already been performed. My cast removal was done by the nurse which I wasn’t expecting as it shows the surgeon doing this in the promotional video on the website. I also haven't had anyone contact me about a checkup for my nose since the surgery which I am disappointed by considering The Private Clinic’s reputation and the financial investment involved in getting a rhinoplasty. I do think the Private Clinic offers good services and I am happy with my nose but I would have prefered to have a patient coordinator that was more readily available when I had called and emailed her pre-surgery and a cast removal and/or checkup with the surgeon post-surgery. I hope that sharing my honest thoughts and experience is helpful to improve the clinics' customer service.

After several consultations with various surgeons at the Private clinic in Bristol, I chose to go ahead with an FUE procedure. During the final consultation I was able to discuss what I was concerned with and what results I could expect to see, I was happy with what was discussed and the coverage to the hairline and frontal area that was proposed. On the day of the surgery there was confusion with the number of grafts that would be taken, I was under the impression 3000 hair grafts would be extracted which was reflective of the price when looking at average cost else where. However, it turned out to be 3000 hair follicles around 600-800 grafts, which lead to some immediate concerns regarding the final result and a financial gut punch to say the least. A year later and I still do not know the exact number of grafts taken, despite asking after the procedure was done, mainly for future procedures as this would have been nice to know. Once fully healed it was evident that the donor area was heavily scarred leaving a big square visible at even grade 2. After seeking further treatment from another clinic, they were surprised that a technician extracted my grafts not the surgeon Dr Mouzakis. Stating that this was the important and skilful part of the procedure, and the reason for my very heavy scarring, especially for such little grafts extracted. I’ve since had almost 3 times the number of grafts extracted from another surgeon which isn’t nearly as visible. Not very impressed with the service at the private clinic, from charging literally double the price of other clinics and leaving me heavily scarred. Having had better experience after else where, I’d advise people to seek procedures where the surgeon does the majority of the work especially the FUE extractions.

I visited the Private Clinic in January for my consultation appointment. Dr Mark Lloyd was very professional in listening to my queries and explaining the procedure as well as the expected outcomes. Shortly after meeting with Dr Lloyd it was obvious that I would choose to have my otoplasty at TPC. I had my otoplasty procedure in July. Both Dr Lloyd and the assisting nurse, Sahera Begum, had an excellent professional manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. During the procedure I was given the opportunity to look at my ear and check that I was happy with the changes. After the operation I was provided with detailed after care information to ensure the best results. I am very happy with the outcomes so far. I would highly recommend visiting TPC if you are considering having a cosmetic procedure. All the staff have been extremely friendly, welcoming and reassuring including the clinic manager, Wanda Booth.

I’ve seen Dr Hanson a few times for fillers and Botox. My daughter recommended him as she sees him too. Ladies of a certain age, you’ll be so happy you’ve read this and now thinking of making an appointment to see him. My friends just ask me ‘what creams do you use’ I’ve had fillers to plump my cheeks, fillers in my nose to mouth lines, lip fillers and fillers around my jaw line to get rid of the jowls. I’ve had Botox down my neck to get rid of those vertical lines (I didn’t even know that was possible) You will be so pleased you made that appointment….

The service offered was amazing from the consultation right through to the follow up appointments, the operation was a complete success and I was amazed the result.
