The staff at the private clinic are excellent. They only use the most experienced surgeons of which Dr Ferdinard Inglott is one (vascular et al). I had a bad long sapphire vein (LSV) varicose vein. Everything went well and has faded away my lower leg has stopped swelling. Aftercare was great as well. Cant fault will be looking to them for my vanity needs in the future although the leg was not vanity.

Very professional & great communication. I can't speak highly enough about Mr. Fazel, Gladys & Rachel. I'm very pleased with the results of my breast augumentation + lift. Very minimal scarring and recovery was smooth, & easy too.

Dr Brighton - Knight, well I felt wonderfully at ease, I had 3 area's of Botox and I had filler in lips and nasal folds. He explained everything I needed to know, and answered my questions clearly so I understood the procedure. Straight away I could see results with the filler, one week after the Botox. I'm very happy with my results as I'm getting a little older and was looking tired. It's reassuring from a professional, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bunion surgery done five weeks ago walked out of hospital with no pain and now almost back to normal a couple of weeks then able to wear any shoes. I had bilateral bunion removal surgery in early February. Most people have one at a time, but this was ideal for me as I only had to recover the once. From my first consultation in October to my final appointment towards the end of March, I felt very well looked after. Mr Bianchi answered all my questions prior to the surgery which was very reassuring. The anaesthetist and his assistant really stood out for their caring attitude. I had ankle blocks and a light sedation. I was fully awake and lucid throughout the whole procedure, but it took the edge off of any nervousness. During recovery I felt little pain, it was more discomfort. I took the ibuprofen and paracetamol I was given for the first couple of weeks, but didn’t need anything stronger. The worst part was the restrictions, having to shower wearing polythene protective boots as you can’t get the dressing wet! Within four weeks the dressings were off and I was able to drive. It takes a lot longer with open surgery. It is normal to experience little sharp pains where the bunion used to be, but that is happening less often now and isn’t particularly bothersome. The swelling has gradually reduced and I’m able to wear pre-surgery shoes again. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing Mr Bianchi and this method of bunion removal or having both feet done on the same day. I would think recovery might be a bit quicker on one foot at a time, but I would definitely recommend having both done if you want to get it over and done with.

I had considered getting Otoplasty for years and had put it off out of fear of the procedure. I had seen Mark Lloyd come up in many of my searches over time and this year I decided to finally do it. Initial consultation was professional and answered any questions or fears I had. 2 months later I returned for the procedure. The whole team was patient, reassuring and answered all my nervous questions. I was in first thing and out before midday having a coffee. It was made as easy and stress free as possible. Dr Bianchi and his team are totally amazing. I cannot praise him enough. I have had both feet done now and each time everything was explained to me so I knew exactly what to expect both with the operation and with my recovery. If you are thinking of having this procedure I simply cannot recommend Dr Bianchi highly enough.

Well what can I say , 1, I would certainly return if my other foot decides to grow a Bunyan! 2. The whole experience was amazing , staff were incredible , had time for you and a sense of humour , ( very important ) 3. Mr Bianchi you are wonderful , your whole team is something to be proud of , I had no intense pain , more uncomfortable , but if you keep on top of pain relief , that is no problem , but it didn’t like uneven ground ! , then suddenly I found I could walk better and returned to work 10 weeks after initial operation , I work 12 hr shifts so had to be right. I found it certainly let you know if you had stood or walked for long periods , but you have to walk to aid healing , little and often is the way I managed it , with plenty of elevation and ice. This was my first experience in a Private setting, I have nursed in A/E and Minor Injuries for 50 years in September , I cannot praise you enough . Thank you so much Elizabeth Walsh

Felt the consultation was a waste of money as the surgeon didn’t seem very knowledgeable and the price for surgery was a ridiculous amount.

Everyone I spoke to very professional friendly and caring,made me feel very relaxed. Initial consultation with Mr Inglott very straightforward and informative no pressure to proceed in fact was asked to go away and think about it. On the day of procedure felt safe and looked after minimal discomfort and didn't need to take any painkillers at all after procedure. Went home with contact numbers and detailed advise sheet all done within an hour. Nurse Angela called me the next morning to see how I was. Some superficial bruising when dressings removed which reduced daily ,5 weeks later can hardly see any sign of surgery. All appointments arranged promptly and emailed. I genuinely can't fault anything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Private Clinic. Looking forward to wearing my shorts with confidence.
