My whole experience dealing with the Private Clinic was fantastic! Great staff very caring and helpful!

I had an IPL treatment with Rumyana. I was so pleased with the results. I had 50-70% improvement in the texture of my skin over my lip and the same improvement on scars caused by electrolysis . I also had improvement in the appearance of broken veins . I would recommend her as she is very knowledgable and lovely to deal with. I will go to her for all my future treatments. The Private Clinic is a very pleasant place to visit and the staff are kind and helpful. Thank you

I recently had an ear lobe reduction and could not be happier with the process and the results. Mark Lloyd was through and diligent in pre and post care, explaining the process, surgery and healing. The operation was painless and quick. I highly recommend anyone considering to meet with Mark and talk it through.

From the inital booking of a consultation, to surgery to remove varricose veins and after care the communication was excerlent. My condition was discussed in details and options for treatment with any risks and benifits clearly laid out. I am very happy with the results the night time leg pain I had has gone now and I have been pain free for nearly 3 mths now.

I was very pleased with my initial consultation and subsequent surgery. I found Mr Bianchi a little hard to understand as his english is not always clear but he was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with the results but would have liked a bit more info about the healing time and what to expect. I felt my final consultation was a little rushed and wished I had asked more questions. I was only advised to do 20 times up on tip toes every hour. Three months on my foot is still swollen and my big toe quite stiff. I can walk fairly normally but experience a little discomfort at the base of my big toe. I am not sure if this is normal for the timescale

I had Gina as my new practitioner and she was so kind and made me feel really comfortable during the session. I look forward to my next session with her. I also want to give a huge thank you to Elaine. I’ve known Elaine for years at the clinic, she is always so friendly, positive and so helpful. She responds to my queries quickly and always has a solution. It’s also always a pleasure seeing Elaine when I come to the clinic :) she’s so happy, bubbly and friendly all the time.

I had a bilateral otoplasty with conchal bowl reduction performed by Mark Lloyd and the experience was excellent. Mr Lloyd is a very personable and engaging surgeon who made me feel like I was in a safe and competent pair of hands from the very beginning. The experience was excellent and I am very happy with the results.

I had Auto-Augmentation with Adrian Richards in September 2023. The whole process from the initial consultation to the surgery was 100% faultless, I am so pleased I chose The Private Clinic, the staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble and they made me feel at ease. I’ve been seeing Amanda for 5 years now and I can honestly say my skin has never felt this nice. I’ve had several sessions of micro needling, dermaroller and dermapen treatments and the last one has proven to be the most effective. Love the results!

Staff were lovely clinic was great I no longer have a bunion which is great!! I had surgery in October but still get pain along the side of my foot and pad next to my toes and still some swelling but I have been assured this is normal

I first went to the private clinic in 2021. I had breast fed two babies and my breasts had sagged. I met Mr.Jallali and explained to him that I liked the size of my breasts but just hated how empty and saggy they were, now, and wanted them to sit right on my chest. I also told him how I would love to wear tops without a bra again. He suggested a size which I said was too big. He showed me another size down, which I much preferred. I asked him if my breasts might be a bit saggy, if I chose the smaller size implants, and he answered categorically “No”. I asked if he was sure that the smaller size would fill out the empty skin that I had and he said “yes”. When I first come out of the operation my breasts were swollen but, as soon as the swelling had gone, I went back to him. I stood in front of him and another lady and said “please look at them. There is no denying that they are saggy. They don’t look nice”. His reply was that it was a matter of opinion. He then claimed that I had not specified that I did not want them to be saggy! I was shocked at the reply. I looked at the lady to back me up and said “please, you must know that no one wants the outcome to still be saggy”. I should have been warned of this, as a possible outcome. I had told Mr. Jallali that I did not want my breasts to be to be saggy. That was the entire reason for me going to the clinic, in the first place. However, from that point on, Mr. Jalili refused to help me. All he said was that I wanted a natural look and that’s what I got. I was left so upset by this. I had spent £7,000 and had just been left with larger saggy breasts. A completely pointless procedure. I complained to the clinic and went for a second opinion from one of their other doctors. He told me that I had “breast ptosis” (saggy breasts). He said that he could see why I was upset and asked if I had offered an uplift. I said that I had not. A third doctor, after taking various breast measurements, agreed that I should have been offered an uplift and even said that larger implants would not have stopped my breasts from sagging. I honestly thought, since it now seemed clear that I had been wrongly advised from the outset, that the clinic had a responsibility to help me. The private clinic always took a very long time to reply to any of my emails and, ultimately, told me that Mr.Jallali had done his job properly and all they could offer me was 25 percent reduction off the price of an uplift! I have spent all my savings on this. I have no confidence in Mr. Jallali or the clinic’s ability or willingness to do a good job. I would never get any further surgery done at this clinic and would warn anyone else to avoid them. Looking back, knowing what I know now, it’s obvious that I should have been advised to have an uplift rather than implants. I would urge anyone to avoid Mr.Jallali and the private clinic. They refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. I am happy to show my pictures to anyone who wants to see them, as I would hate anyone else to go through this upset and expense. No matter how poorly they carry out these procedures, their answer is simply for you to reward their failures by spending more money on corrective procedures. This feels like an absolute scam!

5* service from start to finish. I’ve attended the London clinic 3 times now and have been treated well on every occasion by every staff member I have met. Lucy Bennett my Patient coordinator has been hands on, answered any queries I have had promptly and been accommodating with each request! Dr Wolf was fantastic, calming my nerves, detailing the procedure and answering all questions as well as delivering fantastic results.

I am very pleased that I chose the Private Clinic for my bunion operation. No casts, crutches, steel pins, and I was able to walk straight out after the 14 minute operation. Staff were on hand, supportive and friendly throughout. Eight weeks later, I am bandage free and returning to my dance class this week. Worth the trips to London!

Mark Lloyd is professional, calm and reassuring doctor who explains thoroughly what to expect and when. I felt very comfortable with him repairing my ear lobes and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Through the Private Clinic I decided to have micro liposuction procedure on my chin area in November 2023 to target a double chin and undefined jawline that I have always been very conscious of. Following my initial enquiry I was put in touch with Kerry-Ann Walsh who was very friendly and helpful and arranged my consultation with Mr Michael Mouzakis who would be my surgeon. To be honest I was really nervous and unsure if I would go ahead but Kerry made me feel comfortable straight away and Michael filled me with confidence from the moment I met him, he talked me though the whole process so I knew what to expect and made sure I had realistic expectations of what it would entail and what the outcome would be. I decided to go ahead and had the surgery in November 23. On the day of the appointment the hospital staff were absolutely lovely and Michael really made me feel at ease, he talked to me throughout the procedure giving me updates and letting me know it was all going well which was really reassuring and whilst in it's nature the liposuction wasn't particularly comfortable, I felt Michael ensured I didn't experience any additional discomfort and it certainly wasn't painful, I felt safe and like I was in the hands of a skilled professional who knew what he was doing. Following the procedure you have to wear a neck compression garment continuously for 2 weeks (no matter where you get it done!) this was not the most fun experience but it is worth going through as it really helps the results, but for anyone considering the treatment i'd advise making sure you don't have anything planned during this time! The Private Clinic had ordered me in the garments and given me prescriptions for the medication I had afterwards so I didn't have to worry about any of that myself. It is now late January 24 so I had the procedure about 11 weeks ago and i'm really happy with the results! It's still healing (this can take up to 6 months) and the skin needs to tighten up around my new neckline a little more so it should continue to improve but even so, the change to this point is really really positive and I have a much nicer looking neck and an actual jawline, which i've never really had before! Thank you to Michael, Kerry and the whole team at the Private Clinic for making such a big decision for me feel so worthwhile, i'm very pleased with the experience and the especially the results and I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for chin liposuction choose to go with you.

I’ve attended the Northampton clinic and from the call handler booking me in to having the chosen treatment the experience has been faultless. I initially went for a consultation with Vicki to discuss Ultherapy. Vicki is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and obviously passionate about her profession. She really took the time to explain in detail and answer all my questions. I was confident after the consultation that Ultherapy was the right choice for me and would give me the desired outcome. I was booked in for my therapy very quickly and again Vicki exceeded my expectations, she was very accommodating to my time restrictions and the treatment itself was excellent.
