This is a genuine review based on a surgical ear op completed by Mr Mark Lloyd recently - from the moment I entered the clinic through to the procedure itself I received caring, efficient & professional treatment from Mr. Lloyd, his lovely patient co-ordinator and surgical team. Mr. Lloyd has a very calm & kind aura which puts you at ease immediately. I can honestly say the op itself was pain free and I felt chilled as if I had attended a 'spa' day ! So well cared for after and all the staff at the private clinic were outstanding.

Dr Fazel is a fantastic surgeon and made me feel so at ease about the whole process of breast Augmentation and mastopexy. The team at the birmingham clinic are a wonderful team who make you feel welcome and like family getting to know you as person and taking an interest in your personal needs and outcomes.

I am a young lady in my 50s, unfortunately I inherited bunions from my mother and grandfather. I noticed my feet getting worse about 4 years ago. I was struggling to get shoes to fit and I was walking badly. They were painful and I often walked around without shoes. They affected my balance. I found The Private Clinic through research and decided to pay the consultancy fee to see Mr Bianchi in November 2022. My worse foot was my right and that was done in 2023 in April. I was able to walk out the hospital wearing a surgical shoe and spent the night in London. The surgery went well and my foot recovered from surgery well. The only challenge was keeping the bandage dry in the shower and in bad weather but a device worn over my foot solved it. Mr Bianchi and his team are excellent including Luca who dealt with my change of dressing. I had my second foot down in February 2024. The change in my feet is incredible and my balance and walking ability is much improved. Health is really important and this type of surgery is minimally invasive so I spent little time off work. Only wish I could visit them again with a third foot. I am back dancing ago at Silver Swans Ballet even my teacher has noticed my improved balance.

I am so pleased, I decided to have treatment at The Private Clinic with Dr Andrea Bianchi as my treatment was very successful and recovery time very quick. I couldn't be happier. The doctor has great personality and made me very relaxed and confident. The staff in the hospital was very caring and attentive. I could not praise them enough.

I recently attended a consultation for cosmetic surgery at the Private Clinic. While the consultation itself went well and I was happy with the procedure recommended, the patient coordinator was difficult to deal with. Any conversations always felt very rushed and the concerns I raised were not answered and did not seem to be taken seriously. I also felt that the coordinator had been dishonest regarding certain issues which made me quite uncomfortable. Overall I would not recommend this clinic. Update: I recently spoke to the clinic manager and explained what had happened in detail. I was told that she would investigate the issue and get back to me later that day, however I have not heard from the clinic again since.

I went for a consultation for a rhinoplasty. I wasn't offered the opportunity to speak to an advisor first and had to pay 180 to speak to a surgeon. This lasted around 5 minutes where the surgeon basically didn't want to operate on my nose and suggested I do filler instead. Absolute waste of money and maybe they should ask for pictures first.

I went for a hair transplant of 2,000 hairs, which was expensive, but I wanted a good result. To be honest, I have been very patient, but the result is rather average; the density isn't very good. I previously had a transplant which was excellent. The only trouble was that it was abroad, but I wish I had made the effort to go back there. There were no follow-ups even though advertised, and the doctor seemed rushed. It actually states on the website that he performs the entire procedure, which is false. To be fair, he does do the initial hairline, but then the technicians take over. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place, sadly. The staff, including the doctor, were all friendly, so I can't fault them there. However, the other place I went to was much more professional, and I had a good result, so I know it's not that the transplant 'failed'; my scalp received one fine before. It's just poor results, which I attribute to the procedure at the end of the day. Sorry to write a bad review, but I've waited over 18 months. Thank you.

I can thoroughly recommend the Private Clinic at 98 Harley St. I had a lower blepharoplasty performed by Mr Dario Rochira. My first contact with the clinic was Lucy Bennett, Patient Coordinator, a very amiable and efficient person who put me in contact with the surgeon, Mr Rochira. He explained to me, all the aspects of the surgery, so I could make an educated choice knowing all the facts. I decided to go ahead with the procedure and a few weeks later I could not be happier. Not only he is an excellent surgeon, but also a very friendly and caring professional. He went as far as video calling me from Italy just to reassure me that everything went well with the operation, and I just had to be a little patient for the results to show. He was right and I am very happy with the outcome. The Private Clinic has a number of very experienced nurses that look after you before and after the procedure. I have never experienced such a high standard of care as the one shown by these professionals. Bernadette, Daniela and Stephania were absolutely amazing, and they showed at every follow up appointment that they really care for their patients and their wellbeing. The three of them are very efficient, friendly and utterly devoted to their jobs. They always made me feel I was in very good hands and no question or request put to them was any trouble. Also, the staff at the clinic where the procedure took place in Fitzroy Square were equally friendly and professional. I do not have all their names, but I remember Lyanne and Tania taking care of me with the utmost diligence. This clinic is very professional and provides its services to a high standard. My doctor was Dr Rosa Santa Cruz. She provided me with care and wise advice, and she did not give me misleading information. It was a successful procedure with no side effects, and I was very pleased with the results! The only pain point I would mention is that this clinic is quite expensive, and some of the costs may be disproportionate to the procedures you're paying for.

I had both feet operated on by Mr Bianchi. I had got to the stage when my shoes were not fitting. I am very pleased with the results. My right toes are still a bit swollen and I can’t get all my old shoes on but I now have beautiful feet

The initial consultation was brisk and to the point but I had already researched what was involved. I didn't have many questions. An XRay was taken of my foot. The pre-ops on the day of surgery were thorough and the staff friendly and kind. I was awake and aware throughout the operation and the atmosphere jovial. Once the procedure was finished I had tea and biscuits and went to reception. My son picked me up in the square and I walked to his car with my little bootie / sandal on. Amazing! The following 5 weeks were pain free and I walked dogs every day pain free. Amazing. My toes were black and it wasn't nice not being able to get my foot wet but no problem. Once the bandages came off and I went home with the strapping all seemed to go okay but taking the sticky strapping off (weak skin from 5 weeks enclosed in bandages) tore the skin and was totally cringe. It healed but it was horrible. I am 5 months down the line now and my foot is still swollen, my big toe is still very stiff and sometimes clicks when I walk. It doesn't seem to work like the other big toe and I struggle when I stand on tip toes. It is stiff and hurts a bit. I have only worn heels once since the operation and it took a few days to get over it. The sole of my left foot has a numbness and a tingling sensation on the outside edge (away from the big toe) and generally my foot doesn't quite belong to me still. Dr told me that each week / month would see an improvement but to be honest I didn't expect to be this far down the line and have so many issues. My bunion was not painful at all before the surgery but it was very pointed and limited the shoes I could wear. I now have a little pain and still can't wear all the shoes I want to - definitely awkward in heels of any height. I have been doing my own physio all the while but have now asked for some professional help to get the toe to bend up and not cause pain..... Am I unlucky or taking longer to heal than others. My hip replacements were a breeze by comparison. I am turning 60 in June and I am a fit gym goer, lightweight and look after myself.

My experience at the private clinic on Harley Street was highly professional and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and regularly kept in contact too. I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for any type of procedure.

I had the ultratherapy treatment with Emma at the private clinic birmingham. During the consultation, Emma gave me extensive guidance on the process and the aftercare, including any potential side effects. She allowed me time to ask clarification questions and I did not feel rushed to make a decision on the spot and gave me guidance on whether ultra therapy is right for me. On the day of the treatment, Emma went over the process again and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. She adjusted the temperature of the room to a cooler temperature to counter the heat from the treatment and slowed down when treating sensitive parts of my face. The results after 6 months are amazing! My face feels rejuvenated and fuller. I’m really glad this noninvasive procedure worked. Emma was so professional and friendly. I will definitely continue using the private clinic for future treatments!

I have been coming to The Private Clinic for around 10years and I have always found the experience to be fantastic. Vicki is honest about expected results and great care is taken to ensure comfort whilst procedures are done. All members of staff are incredibly friendly and have huge amounts of experience. I feel compelled to write a review of my amazing experience @ the Private Clinic with Dr.Bianchi. I would never normally write a review, yet from the initial consultation with Dr.Bianchi to review a significant gout induced bunion, to the procedure, aftercare and result I was super impressed at each stage. Dr.Bianchi's unique key hole surgery technique, utilising no screws or such like but a tried and tested tight wrapping of the foot to ensure a naturally healing of the surgery has been a revelation and the result is exactly as he advised it would be - I am not connected to the private clinic or Dr.Bianchi simply writing an honest appraisal of my experience

I saw dr Nevad Jallali today and he is so incredibly professional and I so valued his honesty. Whilst I am not having a treatment immediately in a year or two when I will need surgery I am absolutely going with me jallali. The staff were also amazing, receptionists and Kerry were all so lovely made to feel so welcome and I think they are one of the best and nicest clinics I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot.
