Good price for genuine Velux product. Easy ordering and shipping. Only comment, box was slightly damaged when collecting from post office counter. Stronger outer box would ensure no damage to the goods.

When ordering I was under this misapprehension that the Velux Venetian blind was coming from 20 miles away, here in the UK. Where in fact it came from France. Having said that it arrived by the 10th working day. Disappointingly I was unable to track the delivery as detailed. Fortunately I was at home when Royal Mail delivered it.

Found instructions very confusing and the blind was faulty the string had come out so 3 times had to rake it off and on to sort the string before finally worked poor design
