Excellent result to a query I thought may receive some resistance as the warranty was nearing its end. But I was wrong! I received a replacement and have another warranty, which I hope I dont need, but is the security I am pleased to have. Would highly recommend and use again.

They are great value and delivery has always been quicker than they have said even when other companies have stock issues. Order has been accurate and website is very clear and easy to use when selecting the right blind with lots of information and guides. Can’t fault them really.
