Excellent product at a very competitive price, swiftly delivered and relatively simple to fit from a DIY perspective. Phone call to supplier prior to ordering confirmed all that was needed. Blackout blinds have resulted in dramatic reduction of solar glare and heat through small Velux rooflights.

Good experience. First time I've used this retailer. Competitive price for original Velux venetian blinds. Product shipped from south of France. Delivery took 7 working days (ordered on 30th July at 6pm arrived Thursday 8th August). Tracking showed that blinds spent a few days with UK customs. Once cleared, arrived the next day in excellent condition. All in all great service.

I suppose it might be considered good that a product arrives before the date quoted. However, I was not sent notification of when the blind was dispatched or the delivery date, as promised. As a result, I was away when the product was delivered. Luckily my neighbours took it in for me. I do now have the blind, but as it's for my holiday chalet, fitting and testing the blind will have to wait another 2 weeks. Since posting this I have put the roof blind up which I found straightforward...we're loving it. And thank you to Roofblinds.co.uk for your response and thoroughness.

You get the high quality product you are looking for at a competitive price. I ordered a Velux double blind, and I'm very happy with what I got. When I ordered, unfortunately the product arrive damaged due to the courier handling, however Roofblinds was quick to respond and send me a replacement at no cost, so I can also say that they have great customer service.
