The blind was a velux style the fitting video/ printed instructions are too vague I had to carefully interpret the info provided it took nearly 2 hours from removing old blind to packing everything away and tidying the room. Once fitted the blind is great and works well.

From order to delivery was about a week which from France to UK is a good result. Initially sceptical because their prices where she much lower than velux, I need not of worried and would definitely order from them again and not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and others.
