Ordered three electric velux blinds but unfortunately one was dead on arrival which I was a little disheartened about. Contacted the company and within a matter of hours they emailed me to say that they were shipping a replacement out. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Great quality product, fitted perfectly and was easy to install. There was a slight delay with delivery , but this was a courier issue not the vendor.

Proper Velux blind perfectly fitted my Velux window - no messing around with parts which don't quite align as can be the case with some non-Velux copies. Knocked a star off because of the delivery time - estimated two weeks albeit it arrived a couple of days before that. Some folk would be put off ordering with such long delivery times in todays world of next-day deliveries being readily available.
