All good no problems

Ordered two blinds but, one was incorrect, contacted the company they immediately sent a new one out. The blinds are great, the company seem to care about customers, I will use again

Very poor delivery service. Non Velux blind, one of four I purchased was a poor substitute for the real brand.

Ordered 2 blinds but when I opened them to fit there was no special screwdriver in the pack to fit them which should come with the product.

My items were both delivered within the promised timescale which was great. Upon fitting of my roof blind I discovered that my older model window (GGL 7) needed to have mounting brackets fitted before I could instal the blind. I had to order and wait a further 5 days before fitment. To help future customers you should highlight this detail more prominently in the configuration page of your website. Apart from that minor inconvenience, everything was great and I am happy with the service I received.
