5 star for the ease and communication after placing the order. The only issue was I ordered 2 blinds and they got sent separately and 1 went missing in the Royal Mail network so had to wait to finish off the room .

These are great, i'm really pleased. They came quickly, genuine Velux blinds (but discounted compared to the offical Velux site, for reasons i don't understand!). Easy to fix, they were up within minutes.

I bought 2 blinds. Having fitted one I decided they weren't right and asked if I could return the other and order different. They refunded me immediately for one blind without me having to return!
