Excellent product and service. Prior to ordering, on line, checked that they delivered to Isle of Wight, for my Velux blinds, with the UK phone number, very good response. Blinds shipped from France, but arrived about 10 days from ordering. Original Velux blinds with all required bits, and tools, for installation. Recommended.

Difficulty with delivery which - on further investigation - was my fault. Initially ery helpful and prompt responses from customer services to sort out the problem. However, the problem has not been sorted out at all. Delivery was attempted to completely the wrong depot, and then a 'return to sender' note was placed on the delivery despite frequent communication between me and customer services. I have now spent hours (including a very long phonecall with ParcelForce) trying to sort out the delivery, which is likely to be a month later than originally planned, if it arrives at all.

Easy to order, good communication once order was placed and prompt delivery. We've ordered blinds from Roofblinds before and they have always been reliable.
