We have been using our Silver fox label printer for a number of years to produce cable ident tags. The product is fantastic. Its extremely easy to use and prints perfect idents every time, either as new tags or from an existing saved file. On the few occasions we have had to contact the company the customer service has been first class - responsive, quick and very efficient. Excellent product, excellent team!

Moving to a new computer did not start out good by myself so emailed SilverFox at 09:00. Got a response from Miro Wachulski at 09:20. We setup a Teams call at 9:45 and everything was up and running within 5 minutes. Excellent job and keep it up...

Miro Wachulski assisted me very well with my issue with the LabelFlex software licensing.

I was having some issues with the printer so Miro gave me a technical lesson on how to setup the machine and print the labels we require! I was really impressed with the help Miro gave me and he spent time showing me a number of different useful ways to use the software for various bits of equipment I will need labels for.

Used silver Fox labels for many years with same software on a PC but had to upgrade to the latest software when upgraded PC. Problem after problem then arose and ended up discovering that the new software had a major bug in it (well at least 1 I know of)! Miro did find it and offered a quick get-around fix but it seems apparent that the new software is not properly tested. Not impressed Silver Fox!

My name is Engr. Taiwo Adebambo Molawa. I had a training session on Microsoft team today 15/10/2024 with Miro Wachulski on how to operate, use and print cable label, with Silver fox thermal printing. The training was all inclusive and experience was wholesome. Thanks, Miro, for this practical training session on how to use this printer.

From the moment I enquired about the fox in the box the staff were most helpful, talked me through what I needed, item was shipped next day, when I set up the equipment they was on the phone to talk me through using it.

I was having an issue installing the ribbon on our printer as it was the first time I have had to change it. I rang the support team (Miro Wachulski) who answered straight away and arranged a video call. He then talked me through the procedure. It took about 10 mins, a lot quicker than the previous 45 mins spent trying and searching to find the correct way to do it.

Really enjoy using this printer. The training was very helpful and the after sales care has been second to none.
