As an Offshore Asset Coordinator, having the ability to print cable labels on-demand is an often critical part of my work. Miro Wachulski offered prompt service to clarify and apply my company's software license, ensuring no gap in service.

We have dealt with Amber throughout the ordering and setting up of our Label machine and she has been nothing but helpful! The machine is great and easy to use, support was also offered in a timely manner.

I was using another brand of wrap on labels but found them to be a bit too translucent. Tried Silver Fox and they are better suited to my application. Had some issues with the license key but was helped quickly with Tech support Miro. Timely responses and even a Teams call. Cant ask for anymore. Thanks for your patience Murray
