I've Spoken with Miro a couple of times as the Thermal Printer required a recalibration. Dropped an email with details of the issue I'm experiencing & a Teams link is sent back. No fuss, no bother. Just a calm knowledgeable voice to guide me through to resolution.

-Software could be updated. -I dont need to stare at the software version for 10 -seconds on startup. -I would love to be able to pause the tutorials if i wish to do so. Thank you for the support.

your software made it convenient to print out the labels purchased. However, due to the cost of the software and the capabilities, I have reverted back to my Excell template. With the excel template, I have more options than the software can provide and automation. Considering the Cost of the labels and the cost of the software is what made me revert back to our previous methods.

It has a clear print that ensures easy identification and reduces the time spent to figure out cables during installations, maintenance, or repairs.
