Representative arrived on time. Friendly, chatty and took me through the process of choosing the right boiler and if needed service plans. Once chosen date, installation guy turned up early and got to work promptly. All work clean and tidy and old boiler removed and taken away

Arrived promptly, Connor and James were polite and friendly very knowledgeable and informative. There work was to a high standard very clean and tidy kept us informed throughout the process Would definitely recommend this company, very pleased with knew air conditioning unit.

I phoned to get a quote for a new boiler. The company came out the next day to look at our boiler and offered sensible advice regarding a new boiler. Adam asked questions about what our requirements were, listened to our responses and was very knowledgeable about what we would need. We feel we have had excellent service so far and we are now looking forward to having our new boiler fitted. Thank you for all your advice so far, it is much appreciated. I needed a new Combi-boiler fitting quickly, the old one was broke and no parts were available to repair. Gary the heating surveyor came around promptly and arranged the installation while he was here. I cannot fault the whole experience from start to finish and would gladly recommend this company at the drop of a hat, Many thanks to all the people that made my headache go away.

Awful. Took 4 days off work instead of the 2 stated for a boiler replacement and have been left ÂŁ3k down with 2 gaping holes in my roof. DO NOT USE!!

We were contacted by Blue Flame following a Bark.com enquiry. Adam the sales rep was very professional and polite. Whilst clearly keen to have our business he was not pushy and allowed us time to review options and other competitor quotes; A good balance. He went through all the processes and installation options (single internal unit, with option to do the whole house at later stage). However in his haste to win our business he underquoted us, but we were pleased to hear that Blue Flame would honour the quote and so we decided to have 4 internal units done in a single install rather than a staged approach. Even with the underquote they were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. We decided to go with Blue Flame Energy based on the overall feel of them as a company, their reviews and after sale commitment - but also their willingness to honour the quote showed us they had integrity. The booking team were also excellent, polite and quick to respond to comms. But James & Connor who did the install were the icing on the cake. They were absolutely superb. They were on time, professional, increadibly tidy (which is not often the case with tradespersons). They worked tirelessly to have the install completed in the 2 days the office had allocated - which was no easy task given we experiencing heavy rain fall and storms in this area. They were considerate of our home and furnishings at all times and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. There was a small damage caused to a 'plastered' wall in our office room which they pointed out to us and sincerely apologised for. However, they took the steps to correct and filled the damaged hole - so no complaints at all - Sometimes these things happen, it is how a person responds that is the important thing. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough from start to finish what a wonderfully stress free experience.

How do I rate this company? We will have to see how they really do perform. Won the job out of three quotes and new Worcester boiler fitted June 6th 2024. It was definitely not the cheapest but fairest price based on specification and back up. Yesterday woke up to failed boiler. System pressure failure. Fitted with automatic pressure system so we can do nothing. Cannot find any leaks. Shut electrics down and reiniated boiler setup. Told by screen OK. Called in. Phoned me back after a while. If boiler is doing what it should then all iswell.????? Please monitor. 1815 hrs today 24th September boiler totally shut down and failed. Pressure now so low indicator fully over in the red section. Tried reset still failed. Shut the whole thing down Are Worcester boilers really this bad and so unreliable now? This is the second Worcester boiler that is little more than a heap of scrap having had a total failure of a heat exchanger in a brand new one in a previous house in 2017. Or is it down to a very poor quality installation? We now have to wait until tomorrow at the earliest to get anything done if anything is going to be done. We have lost faith in the whole shabby scene as vulnerable pensioners. We paid in full and have a right to an expectation of more reliability than just 4 months. In complete clarification of Mr Rubery's reply below, Blue Flame did NOT offer to send an "engineer" to repair the boiler. Merely to do a "top up" of the system. It was Blue Flame's statement that it was a Worcester matter. They requested the "appointment" with Worcester. Which turned into a debacle. On the basis of this reply we have become somewhat cynical of the reasons Blue Flame suddenly wanted one their own on site BEFORE the Worcester people arrived. We will see but there is no way we would recommend a Worcester Bosch boiler again regardless of the "Traders Puff" (legal term) that surrounds them. We have allowed ourselves to be bitten twice now.

I accepted their quote the second day because they offered 15 years free services on boiler. And things were moving fast as 5 days later I had my boiler installed by a professional crew.

Everyone from Blue Flame Energy has been a delight to work with. Sales teams were extremely helpful in providing requested details and helping find solutions to our unique problems. Were very patient and happy to answer all my questions while I was deciding who to select. Installers were extremely friendly and performed an amazing job. Whenever they had questions or queries on how to approach something they came and asked my opinion, whenever I asked any questions, they were happy to help. Is everything perfect? No, it’s never going to be perfect unless it was fully built into the house at time of building. Everything done has been done to a extremely high standard, looks very professional. I would 100% recommend the company to others

My first impression of Blue Flame was friendly and confident in their product. Now I know that Brian is an experienced and well versed salesman. My experience with Brian was pleasant and I have no complaints with him..however, the company itself needs to be avoided. The Gas engineer arrived who was also friendly and after a days work, I inspected the boiler to discover that the wrong one was fitted, a model more basic than the one ordered. I was originally asked to keep this boiler for a £100 discount which was unacceptable. Once rejected was told no one would be free to come and change the boiler for weeks. After some discussion an agreement was made and I sent the remaining funds and discovered I was overcharged but this was quickly rectified. The following day I received my warranty and service agreement paperwork to discover that both were incorrect and my warranty was for 5 years rather than the agreed 15 years. After contacting them again they assured me that this will be fixed but 3 days, a number of calls and texts later I am still waiting. Don’t fall for the 5* reviews, they ask customers to rate them 5*s to be entered into a prize draw for an air conditioning unit. Not because they have earnt it. I will be taking this matter to trading standards.

Really pleased with the work Mark and Max carried out for us - involved stripping out a very old system boiler and a complete relocation of a new Worcester Bosch Combi together with a Hive control system . Thank you for all your help and advice this will make a massive difference to the property.
