Jason, Jack, Luke and Ben came to install a full central heating system in the house we recently bought. They were professional, friendly and even looked after the in-laws for us who we roped in to watch the cats. Work was done to a high standard and we’re really pleased with how toasty you’ve made our icebox of a house. Cheers lads!

Great service from start to finish. Rob did an excellent job on the install . Was very professional and explained the whole process as he went along.

Had a new boiler fitted a few days ago by Blue Flame, and can thoroughly recommend them. Sevice throughout the process has been first class. Gary the salesman, was not at all pushy, but the service they were offering was excellent in terms of guarantee and free annual servicing, so it was an easy decision to use them. The boiler was fitted by Luke and Ben, who were excellent. They were clean and tidy in their work and took their shoes off to come into the house.The work was almost completed when they ran into a minor problem with the gas supply and had to call out the Gas supplier Cadent. This kept Luke the best part of 2 hours late in finishing, without complaint. All in all excellent service from everyone, but Luke and Ben outstanding. Thank you guys!

I have severe breathing problems and I am on oxygen 24/7. Decided to have AIr Con fitted having suffered badly in recent years with the heat. Workmen in the house causing dust always exacerbates the problem but needs must! In finding Blue Flame I won first prize. From start to finish the engineers Jack and Jason were amazing. They took every possible precaution not to create excessive dust. They put down clean dust sheets to protect the carpets and cleared debris and hoovered as they worked. When they left you wouldn't have known they had been there. The three AC units are unobtrusive, they provide heat, cold and filtered air - bonus for my condition!!! I cannot speak highly enough of Blue Flame.

Aiden and Simon spent two days in our home, fitting a system that due to the age of the house, was a complicated job. This is where their skills and wealth of experience came shining through. Most engineers would have torn their hair out, but they got stuck in with smiles and laughter the whole time. Nothing phased them. Their expert advice, amazing ideas, sympathy shown towards the property, attention to detail and care taken in everything they did, just blew us away. The end result, a fabulous new boiler and Hive system in a brand new location, that we are so pleased with. It truly was a pleasure to have this dynamic duo in our home. We highly recommend them to anyone and we look forward to using their services again!

Very professional company. The surveyor Richard was very helpful and the installers Luke and Jack did an excellent job. They were punctual and worked long hours and I now have a efficient Worcester Bosch combi boiler and a radio frequency thermostat. Luke bravely faced the rain to sort out the new flu and pipe work. My cream carpets were protected and all rubbish was taken away and carpets vacuumed. Luke explained the workings of boiler and thermostat and I would like to thank them for their hard work. The head office communicated well by email keeping me informed and sent very detailed invoices. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
