Excellent service from Jason for Blue Flame! He turned up bright and early at 8am and worked hard all day to get the job finished. Boiler installed very neatly. Personable, polite and professional.

From start to finish they were great. The quote was very good with everything being explained clearly to a lay person. The engineer was very informative and installed the boiler quickly. Very pleased.

Jason the fitter, was very friendly he worked hard and tidy. Explained what he was doing and when. Made sure we understand the system and how to operate it.

Very fast service, the two lads were excellent workers, Robert and Jack. Very polite, friendly and very tidy worker's. Explained all the workings of the unit, so we could understand them.

Had A new boiler fitted last week by Blue Flame Energy Solutions. All the team were fantastic, rite from the start when Tom did the quote no pushing just advice. The guys came on Tuesday Jason was here first he is the best plumber I have met, The pipe work he had to do was amazing and so neat, the other guys came just after Jason Dale and jack, Dale was like a whirlwind he had all the tanks out in no time, singing and joking most of the day. They were all so friendly well done to a fabulous family business.

There are things you can’t anticipate when installing a new combi boiler but having an engineer with a wealth of experience really helps when the unexpected does happen and happen it did on this installation. Will kept calm and was able to address the issue quickly and without fuss. The job was completed within expected timescales and I said the outcome is almost a work of art! Excellent job after having no hot water or heating for 12 days. Would highly recommend.

Quick and efficient

Blue flame quoted several hundred pounds cheaper than a local firm of similar standing, for the supply and fitting of a Worcester Bosch regular boiler. Turned up on time on the day of fitting and the boiler was in and working within 6.5 hours. Responded and fixed a minor niggle of vibration within 36 hours. Overall very pleased with the service.

Dale and Mark were both professional and courteous. Job was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Very happy customer!

Dale came with his team today to fit air con in our home for our kitchen and sons bedroom, Lovley guys, very friendly and efficient, thank you so much great job. Tom initially came to our house to quote for air con for the two rooms, very reasonably priced compared to other companies but also with a better package, Tom was very nice, professional and friendly. These guys fitted air con at home for us last year. Had our first service carried out today. On both occasions they arrived on time, carried out the work without causing any disruption or mess. Highly recommended and the aircon units are superb.
