Avoid this company very poor job and not safety for life + very horrible job installation

We had our boiler installed with Blue Flame Energy Solution by 2 members of their company - Luke and Ben Dead on time. Very efficient, competent with their knowledge and work whilst also incredibly plight, friendly and professional. They worked hard all day to complete the installation whilst also maintaining their positive nature and infectious sense of humour throughout the day. Very conscientious and thoughtful, clean and tidy with how they treated our home which became their working environment. They also made sure we understood how to use the boiler, covered all areas such as manual operation, diagnosing problems to thorough tutorials for apps and devices. We felt very reassured with our knowledge but further reassured with their insistence to help if we ever bumped into any problems. The house actually looked better after they left which is a reflection for how tidy they were. This exemptional service carries on beyond installation to the surveyor who offered us an amazing deal whilst also coming across very kind and made us feel like more than just a customer. This even extends further to the office staff with their prompt responses and excellent customer service. From our experience so far, we highly recommend this company! 5 stars doesn’t do the them justice, they certainly deserve more!

From the start Blueflame was very responsive to messages. Quick service and turnaround. Engineers Jason, Ben and Luke were very professional. House was left tidy. Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very happy with everything. Thank you so much.

The two guys came about the time they said and were lovely. They were conscientious as they were working and made no mess at all. They were polite and informative about the air conditioning that they had fitted for us. We had some rain which didn’t deter them from the job they were doing. They were friendly and explained to us how to operate the air conditioning units. Fantastic job well done. We couldn’t wish for better people to fit our two air con units. Would recommend them to anyone.

A flawless experience from start to finish. Really cannot fault anything they did with our air con installation. We had Jason and Luke come the first day who were very professional. As were Ben and Jason on the second day. They did an extra long day on the second day as it took longer than expected so we are very grateful (as well as doing our boiler service), especially with two little ones wondering what was going on. We honestly could not have asked for a better team to come and do the work for us. They are a credit to your company. Would highly recommend.

Neil came round and did our quote, he was friendly, helpful and professional. Got our quote a few hours later, which was competitive with other quotes and included free servicing. Max and Mark did our install, they were friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient completing the work ahead of schedule, leaving no mess. Would absolutely recommend to friends or family.

The sales team were very knowledgable about the products and what we needed and didnt push for any unnecessary extras. He explaned all prices and warranty very clearly. The office were very quick to arrange a time for the fitting and kept me informed of everything. The fitter (Steve) was a brilliant, going above and beyond to get all the pipe work all neat and tidy with a difficult house. He kept me informed with how he was going to run all the pipes to make sure I was ok with the positioning of the boiler.

I’ve had my boiler serviced for 5 years Today was an eye opener Engineer was so thorough Even checked my gas meter Good hour checking and cleaning filter etc. excellent I must say Great company but last service engineer wasn’t best This guy today was great Thank you Luke Barnett For excellent service and advice Will now renew for next 5 years again Company are excellent

Firstly the guy's Jason and Jack arrived as stated on fitting date.. Fantastic workmanship throughout the whole process leaving everything clean and tidy as it was. Thoughly recommended by ourselves. 5 ⭐ service.

New boiler fitted by Lee. Lovely guy, quick, neat and tidy job. All completed at the originally quoted price.

Excellent service. Only slight criticism is that builders work arising due to the peculiarities of the work at this location should have been excluded from Blue Flames accepted quote. Not Blue Flames fault. The problems arose on site during installation but the guys got on with it and resolved it. Best advice is to have a odd-jobbing local builder on Notice to deal with any unforeseen problems.

This company is one to avoid . We did lots of work for them only for them not to pay us. We are in the process of taking them to court. Have been threatened with their legal team .? Whatever that means . Suggest you go elsewhere there are better firms. AFTER REPLY. In the words of William Shakespeare.. The Lady doth protest too much me thinks............

Blue Flame experience was 10/10 from beginning to end....Gary came to measure up, etc. Then they came 2 weeks later to fit the air con unit. Let us know what time they would arrive and came on the dot! Mark & Max were great guys, did a very neat and tidy job and left the house the way they found it. Very happy, thank you, would recommend them to anyone:)

Very friendly respectful and clean worked non stop till job was done couldn't ask for anymore and answered all questions we had.

Blue Flame did a great job installing our new air conditioning system. 1. Gary the representative came and gave us all the information that we needed, then measured out the best place to put the unit. 2. Their office kept us up to date with installing date. 3. On installation day Mark and Max arrived on time and they were careful keeping our home clean and tidy (putting down plastic mats to protect floor and hoovering up after job was completed). We can truly recommend the work that was done for us.
