I'm in the process of a mortgage application through Habito. So far it has gone very well, Antra has been a great help and is very quick with her work and responses. The website and online application is very user friendly.

A lot of people had mentioned Habito and provided us with pros and cons about going with an online brokerage / conveyancing service over providers. Habito were very responsive through their live chat, available to speak with on Zoom and on that rare occasion I was able to visit them to deliver some documents. Thought I would use Habito for a mortgage application, haven't used an online broker up to now. The overall experience was very positive. Getting documents together to send was the only slight difficulty but obviously necessary. Richard and then later Billy were and are still very helpful answering any questions that have arisen. Thank you to Pietro, Billy and Helen who have all helped me in securing a mortgage. They took the time to make sure I had the best possible deal, including flagging up a cheaper option just before applying. When we hit a problem in the process (with conveyancing) they again were very prompt in helping to find a solution for me. Unlike some other providers, you don't have to spend lots of time on the phone and the application can be completed online, with the team easily contactable if need be, with messages responded to promptly.
