Sadly my house purchase didn't go through due to difficulties with the seller, however, Habito were great throughout. I always got a fast response to any question and they were really helpful with managing and chasing the different parties. As a first time buyer, they made the process a lot easier and less overwhelming and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Gave up after spending 10 mins on online forms. Just wanted to see what rates were available for renewing my BTL. Quite happy to pay a small fee to avoid having to answer endless questions and speak to an opeator, many of which were irrelevant (e.g. having to provide a end date for my current deal despite a few pages earlier clicking the option indicating my current deal had ended). There are already plenty of sites that want everything about you before offering poor rates...best to speak to a broker I think.

I was finding it difficult to get a new mortgage with my existing mortgage provider so I turned to Habito. Their online interface and chat facility was easy to use and the staff, Scarlett and Emily, were friendly and helpful. We’ve used Habito 3 times now - when we moved into our home and 2 re-mortgages since. They have always been incredibly helpful, easy to use and seem to be nice friendly people. We were speaking with Jess on this occasion and she has been great!!

Did my first mortgage on my own directly through my bank. For renewal used habito. Glad I did they managed to get me a better deal with my existing lender that was better than what they were offering directly. Really easy to upload documents and the chat is great as you can send a message whenever you think of it and they get back to you during their working hours
