The entire application process had been extremely easy and fully online. David, who had been my mortgage expert, had answered all my questions, always very rapidly, and supported me throughout the process. After researching the market by contacting several brokers and using similar services, David helped me get the best deal and proactively checked before submission that it remained the best deal for me. I would recommend the service to everyone, especially those that are very busy in their work lives since a great benefit of Habito is that the chat box is available after regular 9-5 hours (I think up to 9pm on most days).
