Really helpful and actually free! Always answered my questions quickly which was great as a first time buyer with no idea what I was doing. They also managed to find me a deal which I wasn't sure was possible with my inconsistent income and I'm sure I wouldn't have found it on my own. Would definitely recommend their free services - they also have additional services for a fee but I didn't use those so can't comment.

Habito have been really helpful in guiding me through this tricky process. Pointing out that sometimes the cheapest rate isn't always the best deal over the term and other things that I might not have otherwise considered. Also with the ever changing rates recently they have been very willing to go back to the bank and get these improved rates. From accepting the first offer to finally concluding they've helped me shave off about £30pm. Thank you Habito!!!

I dealt with Raj, Joe, Helen and Patricia and was very pleased with the speed and level of detail in their responses. Being a FTB, I had more questions than a seasoned buyer would probably have, so appreciated their patience. One feature of Habito is that you are being looked after by a team (hence the speed of responses as you don't depend on someone's leave), but everything is done online, so you don't speak to anyone and you have to regularly check your chats with Habito for updates. You can ask to send you something by email, but it is not a default method of communication. I would also recommend keeping checking for mortgage deals using mortgage comparison websites while waiting for legals, etc, and alert Habito if a better deal appears on the market, so they applied for an amended offer.

As a first-time buyer, I've always heard horror stories about mortgage brokers, but not with Habito. The process is so easy, and Joe made the whole experience flow smoothly. The site is well thought out and super easy to use, and best thing of all, they had the best offer on the market.

Very disappointed with the service and where I appreciate they are a broker I could easily get more clarity from going direct and I have found the service to be unhelpful and the opposite of how I read the reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this company and find it an issue how they have reacted to a. 1 star review. Since this review it’s unbelievable how many times I’ve been contacted but not once with a viable solution. I urge people to look at other options with a mortgage. Buyer beware.
