Communicated everything really quickly over messenger with no need for phone calls so we could sort things outside work hours. Case handler was really knowledgeable and friendly and had several meetings with the bank about our situation. Have used Habito twice before and will definitely use again in the future

Great first experience with Habito and our advisor Joe Lavin. We had initial conversations with several mortgage advisors, both local and online, and Habito was the most responsive and provided the best rates. Joe Lavin was great, he understood our situation and asked all the right questions, so it was clear what documents and information we needed to provide to get the process going asap, which we appreciated what with having an offer already accepted. He also found us the best rate possible we'd seen so far. The portal to upload your documents was also very easy and clear. Any problems or queries we could use the chat function and get responses instantly; everyone was helpful and friendly. We first got in touch with Habito on a Wednesday, provided all information the same day and were told our application with the lender would be submitted by Friday. Would recommend! Edit: it is now the following Wednesday and we have received our mortgage offer! The whole process took 7 days and was so easy. Billy was great at handling our case with the lender and resolving any queries quickly to get our offer.

Have used Habito a number of times now and on each occasion they have been great. This time Emily Smith did a faultless job helping me with a mortgage renewal and answering all my questions even though a lot didn't relate to the immediate transaction. Worked with Teddy and Chris and Christine to get a remortgage done. I have been with Habito for the last 3 years, I had remortgaged with Habito two years ago and the process was so simple and easy. I am now using Habito for the second time, after having had a very good experience with the service about 2 years ago. I have been very pleased to find that the service is still just as easy to use, helpful, and straightfoward as it was when I first needed it. Apart from sorting out my mortgage application, through Habito Plus, Habito is also handling the legal work required for the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new one. Ahmet and Mariam in particular have been a pleasure to work with, both very patient and diligent. They are giving me frequent updates about the state of my mortgage application and legal work. I used Habito as a first time buyer who wasn't confident in applying directly. I don't believe I got any perks from using the broker i.e rate and terms were the same, but I had someone to talk me through options and next steps etc which was really reassuring. All done through a chat on the website which I loved as I wasn't having to make or receive calls during work. Kris and Matthew were great and I'd recommend Habito to other cautious first time buyers

This is my second time using Habito and they are honestly fantastic. The service is so efficient and they do everything so quickly! We received mortgage reccomendations and an application submission the same day we contacted them! Kris was extremely helpful and knowledgable and helped us find the best deal for our circumstances. George was also great at sorting things out for us towards the end, we received our mortgage offer in a matter of weeks. Honestly cannot thank them both enough for being a major part of us securing our family home. We also got a really nice gift box from them when we completed which was such a nice touch.
