They’ve made the process much easier than other mortgage brokers I’ve compared with, all my messages have been responded to so quickly and they’ve been patient with all my questions and me changing my mind on what I want. They also automatically applied for a lower interest rate mortgage without me asking when rates dropped slightly recently. Would recommend to anyone!

We've had a smooth and attentive experience with Habito. This is the third time we've used them; the first was an extremely fast turnaround before our rate ran out and renewed with our existing provider more quickly than they could manage it themselves. This time we started to look at remortgages directly from lenders but they all required video or telephone consultations which I didn't have spare time for. Instead, I thought I'd try Habito again, and Raj, our consultant, was brilliant. He was able to take our specific needs into account and even appreciated our desire to ignore big banks and go for more socially conscious establishments. He also advised on the split of the equity we were releasing while remortgaging and made sure we were clear on the implications. Our final selection was also influenced by the specific type of property we had and Raj's knowledge of lenders was helpful in finding one that was compatible. Overall, we have a great offer (and a couple of good backups), which, thanks to Raj's diligence, should go smoothly through the application process as he spotted a few inconsistencies in my inputs that have all been comprehensively resolved.

I was so impressed with Habito. As first-time buyers with little to no knowledge of mortgages, let alone how to prepare one, the website’s interface and simplicity really helped. Nicola was amazing at every stage, patiently tweaking our mortgage options as we ironed out our budget and deposit. She made collecting all the paperwork seamless. Patricia took care of our application and was equally professional, providing updates and reassurance to a couple of very nervous customers awaiting their mortgage offer. We didn’t opt for Habito’s legal services in the end. I would fully recommend Habito, for me the key advantages were simplicity, reassurance, and a user-friendly interface. There were some delays in terms of paperwork being requested twice, but I have a feeling this might have come from the lender’s side, and in any case Habito were always prompt with what was needed to move our case along.
