We received really helpful and informed details on the various mattresses available at the price level we were looking at, without feeling under any pressure to buy. We found the whole decision making and purchasing a straightforward and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

I was about to order beds for a guest room online, but worried about our narrow staircase. Therefore, I sent an email before purchasing from them. I received a prompt reply from Dawid and he kindly attached with a sample of access video. ( which was very useful to take my own video to show their delivery team) Also, I couldn't decide the wood colour and he suggested to do the video call to show me the displays and colour differences. Dawid was very nice and helpful. I was so impressed the service. I am looking forward to receiving their beds & mattress soon.

Needed some screws to re-secure a headboard on an old bedframe; after a quick note to the customer care team and a couple of clarification emails the screws were identified and readied for shipment after Christmas. All done with the minimum of fuss and all free of charge. Many thanks!

I was very happy with my experience at Warren Evans. The beds appear to be very well built, have a high level of customisation and are well priced. The customer service I received was also excellent. David was very knowledgable, attentive, helpful and friendly, both in the showroom and when I rang with enquiries beforehand. However I was also given time to consider options with my husband without feeling rushed or pressured. I often find staff engagement in stores is either too much or too little so this stands out for me as a very good experience.

Fantastic mattresses (most comfortable I've tried anywhere) and really helpful and expert advice given to help make the decision on which would be best for me.
