This is the 3rd Warren Evans bed I have purchased. They are quality made beds, that will out live me. They are beautifully crafted. Also being a small family business you get the excellent service as well. I will always purchase and recommend a Warren Evans bed.

A great bed. Comfortable and well made. Buying was easy on the website. I also spoke with their customer services for advice, and a small delivery issue (a missing nut). The whole team was delightful - very helpful and super friendly. The missing nut arrived (with apologies), the next day. Small issues can happen and the manner it was dealt with speaks louder than the fact it occurred. I would not hesitate to recommend this company's products and service.

As soon as we turned up at the showroom on a damp, rainy Sunday afternoon it was clear that the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Jade was able to answer our questions and gave us lots of information about the bed, matress and the delivery process. When we explained that we needed time to consider our purchase she arranged for us to be sent a link with all the information and payment details so that it would be very easy for us to proceed with the purchase if we decided that was what we wanted but at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision quickly. The bed we were interested in was not cheap and we wanted to compare the deal with other providers before we decided what to do. We found, in the end, that the price was pretty competitive and went ahead with the purchase . We bought a bed from Warren Evans many years ago and were very happy with the service then, it's great to see that they have kept the personal touch and professional approach, as these days that is a rare and precious thing.

Two very major reasons why you should be very careful about buying from this company. Number one, their web site is misleading in its claims. They are keen to criticize their competition about their returns policies, actually issuing warnings on the Warren Evans website when they actually have restrictions on their own Warren Evans policies which you need to be very careful of in order not to be left with goods which they will not allow you to return. They also claim free delivery which is only true in certain cases. Number two we found the mattresses very uncomfortable and had severe back ache after only a couple of nights. So, misleading (at best) web site and poor products. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, cant give zero stars or we would do so.

Faultless service We were extremely well looked after at the showroom by a salesman who knew what he was talking about and understood our concerns. The delivery was also perfectly executed. We were given half an hour's notice of their arrival. They removed our old (very heavy) mattress without fuss and set up the new mattresses (zip and link) carefully. And - we are sleeping happily on them. First class service.

Super helpful guy made everything so easy. We were in and out in under half an hour with purchase of bed and mattress + delivery sorted. Our kind of shopping expedition. (He was equally attentive with people who were wanting to take more time I should say!!). Our 4th Warren Evans bed experience. As good as always.

We did a video call to buy the mattress and the experience was better than some of the in stores experience. Also, I did a research and found them the best mattress if you are after non foam, wool stuffed spring mattress.
