I love my new Hybrid 6000 mattress! I had been thinking about a new mattress for a while to help with lower back discomfort and a friend recommended Warren Evans. Everything from start to finish was easy - the online chat to work out the best mattress for me, the delivery and removal of my previous mattress. I called them to ask to avoid a certain time of day and they put me in the first delivery slot at 7am and it took 5 minutes. Very happy I made this choice as I am sleeping much better now.

Worst bed ever ! We are rolling into each other the bed is only one year old - 50 emails to try and get them to look at this - I did everything they asked - and still no one will take this seriously. Warren Evans your customer service is ignoring my complaint. I also followed all the guidelines. I’ve never been treated like this from Dreams !

I have had beds from Warren Evans for over 30 years. Fantastic quality, comfortable mattresses and good customer service.

Yet to receive goods, however, customer services was marvelous: very polite and helpful; responding with impeccable discernment to all manner of queries and concerns and thus able to aid my decision making with seamless reassurances. When your are spending a lot of money, you want to feel absolutely sure you are making the right choices without any niggling doubt. And that was my experience today. Thank you Warren Evans.

It was a no-brainer to go back to Warren Evans to shop for a new larger bed (we need more room for us and the cat now) after 10 years of owning a double bed and mattress from there: both of which are still in excellent condition still after so long. Dawid helped us patiently and expertly today and we walked away with a happy upgrade. We look forward to owning our new Warren Evans bed for at least another 10 years!

My experience with Warren Evans was fantastic. The quality of their mattresses is way above other brands that we tried. Also, the customer experience was fantastic both pre-sale and post-sale - I got the personalised experience of a family run business instead of the cold interactions from larger brands.

Dawid from the team was very welcoming and gave us an informative tour of the showroom. He was thorough, in asking of our requirements/sleeping habits, and made useful recommendations. We had a wonderful shopping experience, waiting for the bed now. So, not yet able to comment about the bed or delivery service.

The video call service was so convenient and David was so patient. He showed us 4 ranges appropriate to our needs , we quickly eliminated three and settled on the Paris ! He also assured us of a full refund in the event of access issues which is really important when buying a super king ! Amazing service

Called int to get some specific advice on mattresses as I suffer from sciatica. What I got was good old fashion unhurried customer service, along with great knowledge and advice. We also saw great products, that we ended up buying two new beds as well as two mattresses. I totally recommend them.

I felt compelled to write this negative review which I rarely do. Please be aware that the majority of positive reviews are from new customers…they are certainly good at the sales part but not after sales and you might make an expensive mistake like us. Bought our bed under 2 years ago and taking the super king, natural materials etc (so not cheap) mattress to the tip later. Due to the expensive mattress, we rotated diligently and flipped it (first flip was overdue but not by a lot). I began to notice our room smelling musty. When I looked at the mattress closer, it has mildew all underneath it. I contacted customer services who essentially fobbed me off. I was told to air it more which I did. In the past year the mould seems to have spread inside and it is very strong smelling. I called again today and have been told it’s nothing to do with them and the that blame lies with us - causes such as sweating (mattress protectors used due to expensive mattress) or else mould spores coming in through the window. We don’t suffer from mould anywhere else in this house and have managed to have mattresses that don’t go mouldy even after 10 years. The mildew mattress has also slightly warped the base of the bed (bought that from them too) so it bangs when we roll over now, although at least this isn’t a health concern. Something was clearly wrong with the filling when it arrived but we can’t prove that as Warren Evans are adamant it was fine so we just have to swallow it. We thought we would use a good company and spend more for the ethical choice but we are deeply disappointed. PLEASE WATCH OUT AND TAKE HEED OF OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS WARNING OF NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Warren Evans. They have been so accommodating and I appreciate the personal attention I had. I am so glad I decided on their bed and mattress and visited their showroom in Bounds Green. I was served by David who is so knowledgeable about their product. My Shaker bed and organic 2000 firm mattress arrived yesterday. It only took 30 minutes for the helpful delivery firm to set up and collect my old bed. I had the most wonderful sleep last night. Instead of my usual restless sleep, I enjoyed a peaceful 7 hour sleep and feeling so refreshed. Thank you Warren Evans to make such a comfortable bed and mattress. I will highly recommend your product to friends and family.

I was ordering a couple of beds online and had a few questions. Managed to call and speak immediately to a real person who was super helpful. Really took the stress out of placing the order all my queries were answered. Thanks! And having ordered another bed previously I know the quality is fantastic.

We didn’t have to wait long for our order , just under 2 weeks . The delivery men were polite, efficient and quick .

Top service. Gul was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions when we visited the well stocked show room in Bounds Green. No big sales push which was refreshing. Can't comment further as items yet to be delivered, but I'm confident service will be good and looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress & bed!

The staff at Warren Evans seem to have retained their diligence and high standards and so I was pleased to be able to make an order with them today. I felt that the advisor was as helpful as possible.
