Superb customer care. I spoke to Gul who is lovely and went out of her way to proactively help me to finalise some details that I wanted to change from my original order. I highly recommend the service I have already received from Gui and Warren Evans, and feel reassured that I have chosen the right place to purchase my bed!

We got great service at our visit to the show room. Staff were friendly and welcoming (to us and to our small dog!). David gave us a lot of attention even though it was busy and we hadn’t made an appointment. He answered all our questions and it was good to see all the beds in person after I’d researched online. Ordering and paying was super simple and I’m excited about getting my new bed. Our old bed was from Warren Evans (only getting rid of it because we need a bigger one), so I feel confident that the new one will be sturdy and of high quality. Thank you!

My family purchased beds from Warren Evans many years back. The customer service back then was superb, and the quality of the beds was excellent. I currently need a new bed. I decided to look over local bed shops and to simply to go Warren Evans, even tough their factory is a 40 minute car journey from my house. Their show room is part of their factory. So one is required to make an appointment to visit. So I did. Their customer service is still superb. Gul (I hope I have spelled her name correctly) was very friendly, and arranged for someone to be available to show me around. On arriving, David offered me a cup of tea, which I gladly accepted. It was a lovely cup tea, and I was extra pleased because it came in a large mug. We chatted while I waited for someone to become free to show me around. It was very pleasant indeed. Amir very kindly and patiently spent a lot of time in helping me to choose the right bed. He guided in deciding on the right mattress and bed frame, and went to great lengths to answer all of my questions. All of the team made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They allowed me to take my time. Unlike some other bed shops, I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. I went home to consider the offers, and I phoned in today to purchase a bed. I recommend Warren Evans for people like me, who want a quality bed, who are willing to spend a little extra on it, who don't like going to busy/crowded shops, and who need to take their time, without pressure, in picking a bed, and who appreciate genuinely good customer service. 5 stars to Warren Evans!

Good service, helpful communication via email/telephone with the company. Only downsides - I couldn't use my amex to pay, the link sent via email didn't work a couple of times but then got it sorted and the only option for delivery day was Friday which is quite restrictive. Waiting on delivery, but pleased with service at this point

I have several Warren Evans mattresses in my Airbnb property and guests always comment on their comfort. Our mattress at home just didn't compare so we've just upgraded this to a Warren Evans one too! The advice and customer service I received from David was excellent and the prices are very reasonable. This is just the sort of ethical, small British business we should all be supporting!

We visited the showroom in Arnos Grove and were helped by Gul who was friendly and informative and made the process of buying a mattress so easy and relaxed. We received our mattress a week ago and so far its been great - seems well made and very comfortable. Even though we haven't needed to use the 10 week free exchange service, and doubt we will, its been good to have that peace of mind as well. I'd definitely recommend Warren Evans to anyone.

Very helpful advice in the showroom. Good communication between order and delivery, which was on schedule. Delivery team nice and professional. And after our first week of use, we can say that the 6000 is a real improvement on our previous mattress.
